[Simba had been around for about a week now, and things were very confusing. It was quite a culture shock for the young lion cub to see all these creatures he'd never even seen or heard from before. Especially the "humans" which looked like overgrown monkeys. It was enough to make his head spin.

But finally he managed to have some semblance of settling in. The cub had seen many people using these things they called journals to talk to each other. Someone told him to keep it close, but he had yet to even use it.

Now the cub had it on the ground just outside of town where he could mess with it and not be as embarrassed in case he messed up. Using a paw he flipped it open and stared at it. He batted at the pages as he heard voices coming from it, and tilted his head with a blink. Weird. His pawing managed to trigger the voice activation and he blinked, before leaning in close to the camera.]
