It's hard to think of it as anything less most of the time. It's all clear skies and white sand, and Bucky's sprawled out on a beach towel drying off after a swim. He's not the only one either, and he's pretty glad he came out for the beach party. The view's definitely great all around.
He knows he probably shouldn't be this relaxed, but as far as being trapped and experimented on goes, he's been worse for the wear. HYDRA wasn't big on the beach parties or building their bases in what amounts to a free resort town which - considering that their leader is a nazi with a skull for a face - would not have been all that crazy in the grand scheme of things.
But right now, he's not thinking about any of that. He's people watching, mostly, and keeping an eye on the water just in case there's any trouble.]
