Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

[Pfft maps. Who needs those? Where's your sense of adventure?!]

Right, let's go. If we keep going this way then we might even reach the mountains.

[Either that or the barrier. But before that there's plenty of forest in the way no matter where they go. Caius shoulders his backpack and starts off in the direction Sora pointed in.]

Come on! If we get tired we can just set up camp somewhere later on.

[Obviously it's towards wherever getting lost is! Which is great.]

I wonder what we'll find there. Maybe a monster or something. Wouldn't that be something awesome?

[Grabbing his bag, Sora follows behind Caius.]

You mean, when you get tired.

[Competition time go! And it's not even noon.]

[Monsters? Hmm.]

I guess, we might even find a new kind of monster no one has ever seen before. If there really are monsters out there somewhere then I'll take care of them.

[He has his sword with him too, ain't no monster going to get the jump on him any time soon!]

There's no way I'm going to be getting tired before you!

[Get ready to lose Sora.]

Hey, don't count me out just yet! I can fight too!

[Sora will summon his keyblade just to show he's armed as well.]

Uh huh, sure! Tell me when you want to set up camp!

[Please, Caius is the one going down. He'll even go as far as showing by starting to run ahead.]

I know that, but just leave it to me. I can take care of it on my own!

[Yeah, okay, you have your giant key, he has his sword. We'll just have to see who does the better job of fighting any monsters out there!]

You're going to be the one telling me when to set up camp, and you know it-- Ah, hey!!

[Huff. Fine, he'll start running too so he can catch up!]

Uh huh, sure you can. I'm not letting you fight on your own, after all, friends don't do that.

[Yeah, but can his sword cut through solid buildings?]

Than why am I the one already ahead!

[Sora is still running as fast as he can, but he's already noticing Caius is catching up to him.]

[Oh the friend card just isn't fair.]

Fine, we'll do it together. If there are even any monsters in the first place!

[Eventually he catches up to Sora, passes him and laughs to himself as he runs on ahead.]

Looks like you spoke too soon, hehe! Now who's ahead?!

[Hey, it's totally fair in his universe.]

Exactly!

[But now that Caius is ahead, Sora huffs his cheeks. Looks like he has to break out the flow motion stuff doesn't he?

Running at a tree, Sora jumps at it and soon he's surrounded by a glowing light purple aura. He springs from tree to tree at high speeds and is now passing Caius again.]

Looks like it's me!

[Sadly his universe doesn't work based on the power of friendship and hearts and such. Plus it has a severe lack of Disney.

... Okay now how the heck is he meant to keep up with that?! There's no way he can match the speed of flowmotion, even if he ditched that backpack and ran full out.]

Huh?! H-How did you-- I didn't know you could do something like that! Wait up Sora!

[He is not getting tired trying to keep up. Nope. Not getting tired at all.]

[Obviously the Tales series could use some Disney, because it makes everything better.

Also, this is the power of friendship and hearts. Being awesome. Sora is currently laughing as he looks back to see Caius trying to keep up now. Sora's obviously won this battle. So, Sora soon slows down and lands.]

Haha! Told you I'd win, Caius! Tired yet?

[Come to think of it there is Tales of Hearts. If Donald and Goofy suddenly started running around in Tempest it could only be a good thing. ~~Can't really do much worse.~~]

No way, I'm not tired! [He says whilst panting-] I just wasn't expecting you to start glowing like that and jumping around.

[Phew, okay, maybe he's a little tired. Just a little!]

I think this would be a good spot to make camp, it's a big enough clearing to get a tent set up over there.

You weren't? People don't usually seem surprised when I do that kind of stuff.

[Sora will look to his friend, noticing his panting. He's going to repress a laugh as he looks at Caius.]

Do you mean right now? You're not that tired, are you?

Of course I wasn't! No one got around like that back on Areulla. In fact you're the first person I've seen in the village who moves like that.

[Rolling his shoulders, Caius drops his backpack on the ground and stretches out a little.]

I'm not- This is for later! It's a good spot, that's all. It doesn't mean I'm tired.

Maybe it's just specific to my world. But, I could try and teach it to you sometime I guess? Not sure how I would though.

[Uh huh, Sure he's not tired. But Sora drops his bag too and will sprawl out on the ground. A great place to take a nap obviously!]

All right. So should we just stay here for the rest of the day than?

Do you think you could? [He's not going to turn down being taught how to glow and zip around. It looked pretty cool!] If you ever find out how to teach someone else to do it then I guess I wouldn't mind learning.

[Well, it's a pretty nice day out today. They could just laze around for the rest of the day and set up a tent later...]

No way! We should look around the forest more first or something, gather some sticks to make a campfire and get ready for night.

Maybe. I'm not really sure how it works. I think you need to go into the Realm of sleep first. But hey, we could try!

[~~He can knock you out later!~~]

All right, lets go looking then. There's plenty of trees around here. Think we should cut them down for fire wood?

Yeah let's-- Wait, no, we definitely shouldn't cut down the trees. There's some sort of forest spirit here that might attack us for it. [So lets not piss of Moro and find something else instead.] Fallen branches should be fine.
