Then the Malnosso have time traveling capabilities like Celebi or at the least know how to manipulate time.

[Which can be a bad thing. Time is not to be messed with, so why are they randomly picking up people from different timelines? Does it have do with one being at their peak before being sent here to fight in the war?]
