Scenario One: Action

[Well this was unexpected to say the least. Waking up in a new place with wings? Was he dead? No, that couldn't be right. He had saved the world with Himeno and the others without being sacrificed. So then... Where was he? He ventures towards the village, thankfully in the clothes he was wearing before coming to this odd place, even if they now have holes in them due to the wings on his back. However he's not too concerned about that right now and more about trying to find signs of any life. Though in the middle of the forest, he stops and puts his fingers to his ears as if listening for any sounds around him before he may hear your character near by should they be there when he does this. But if your character is not around when he uses his sound powers, he'll finally reach the village and get himself accustom to his surroundings. He'll stop by the bakery, library, various other places around the village and your character is free to bump into him there.]

Scenario Two: Voice

[After getting acquainted with the village for a few days now, Sasame decides to finally introduce himself over the journals. When he speaks, his voice is very soothing, gentle, and much like that of an easy listening radio DJ's voice in tone.]

Hello Luceti, I believe I'm what you'd call a new feather. My name is Sasame, it's nice to make your acquaintance. From what I've gathered in my short time here, many people in this village are from other worlds entirely. Though despite being from different places, I'm sure our problems and stresses in life are something we all share. As I'm a radio personality counselor you might say back home, I'd be very interested in helping anyone who is interested in sharing their frustrations, stresses, and any other problems they may have. You can send postcards or letters to my residency either signed or anonymously if you wish. And I'll do my best to answer every single one over the journal with a broadcast if I may be allowed.

[ooc: Because of Sasame's abilities with sound, he has very good hearing/listening skills and is somewhat telepathic (aka he can hear people's thoughts). I've put up a permissions post for people who would like to answer before tagging.]

[Great, so he's been upgraded from being made fun of because of his girly name, to being compared to a girl.

Shoes on, Haruka stands.]

I'm not her.

[I want to swim already. He doesn't particularly want to be poked and prodded by a guy who thinks he knows him, so he turns to leave.]

You should find a place to stay. You could be here for a while.

[He can see right away that Haruka's insulted.]

I'm not saying you're her, I was saying your personalities are very similar. You two might even get along if you spoke or so I believe.

[Himeno... He was already starting to miss her. But he does hear more of Haruka's thoughts, because the kid never stops thinking especially about water or swimming.]

Tell me something before you leave. Why do you have such a strong desire to swim? Is it because you simply enjoy it or... Is there something more?

[For all his eccentricities regarding water, Haruka isn't stupid. He stops abruptly, before turning a scrutinising gaze on Sasame, suspicious.]

How do you know that?

[I never said anything about swimming.]

[Sasame is half wondering if he should tell the kid. Well, he might as well be half honest.]

The way you look at the water. You have a deep love for it, correct? So it would mean you enjoy swimming a lot, right?

[Haruka's frown doesn't leave his face.]

Anyone can look at water and think it's pretty.

[Not everyone wants to swim in it, though frankly Haruka doesn't understand most people who feel that way. He understands Makoto's reasons, at least, that overwhelming fear of the ocean.]

[He turns his head to look at Haruka and then instead of dodging the subject, he brings up something else.]

That's true, but not everyone can feel it. Just as not everyone can feel the very life surrounding them. So let me ask you, Haruka. If you were allowed the ability to feel the life of the water, would you take it?

[Haruka listens, his smouldering glare not leaving his face. Stop dodging the question!

Fine. If Sasame doesn't want to answer, he doesn't have to. Haruka turns.]

[He can hear those words loud and crystal, ow Haruka you're so loud. He might even physically wince.]

So if you can believe in the thought of being able to feel the water's life, would you believe in someone being able to feel the life of sound?

[TOO BAD Sasame; you totally deserved it. Besides, it's not like Haruka can see.

Enough weird stuff happens in Luceti that he fails to be surprised at Sasame's question. Is that what you do? Though he really fails to see how it's relevant.]

[It's only idle curiosity that keeps him from walking off right now.]

[He walks over to Haruka slowly, but doesn't get too close.]

Yes, you're right in asking if that's what I do. But to be honest, I don't so much feel the life as hear it. Everything around us right now? I can hear their voices... Even yours.

[It takes a moment for Sasame's words to sink in.

Abruptly, Haruka starts walking off. The last thing he needs is another meddlesome guy in his life.]

[Sasame disappears then reappears in a tree that Haruka will probably walk by.]

Being angry over someone having powers you don't fully understand seems rather childish, wouldn't you say so?

[Great, a meddlesome guy who insists on following him. Another guy who just won't leave him be when he wants. Haruka keeps walking.]

I'm not angry.

[It sounds like a childish denial to go with Sasame's claim, but it's true. I already know one meddlesome guy who thinks he can read my mind. He doesn't need another.]

[He continues sitting in the tree and watches Haruka until he teleports next to him so they're walking next to each other.]

Well you're certainly acting sour about it. And by the way, this other meddlesome guy you know I bet doesn't have the same abilities as I do. So saying I'm similar to this other person is a little of an unfair comparison.

[The teleportation startles him slightly, but all that shows is a slight widening of the eyes that's quickly replaced by Haruka's usual disinterested stare. There's a stab of irritation. Yeah. He's less annoying.

Maybe if he stays silent, Sasame will go away.]

[You might be silent on the outside, but Sasame hears all.]

From the way you speak about him, I'd guess you two are friends.

[Dammit, Sasame. Haruka's frown deepens, obviously annoyed at having his thoughts heard.]

Why are you so interested?

[He continues to walk with him.]

I'm always interested in learning about others outside of their stresses and problems. Perhaps I'm what you'd call a social butterfly?

[Butterfly off and pester someone else. Haruka turns and keeps his gaze in front of him, walking towards the plaza so he can pick up some groceries.]

I just swim.

[That's all you need to know.]

[He's just going to keep following because why not.]

For such a person of little outward speaking, your inner voice says so much more.

[Go away. Haruka has never encountered anyone nearly as frustrating as this guy. Well. Maybe not quite as annoying as Rin had been, when Haruka had first met him in grade school. He vaguely remembers how much Rin had gotten under his skin back then.

And now he's annoyed at himself for getting annoyed at Sasame.]

Have you found a place to stay?

[He rather fascinated by the fact someone who says so little yet has much to think about on the inside.]

Not yet. I thought of staying with someone in the meantime or having them help me find somewhere to stay.

[You're not staying with me. Absolutely not.]

[No, he's definitely not offering to help. He doesn't care how many hints are dropped, he's not doing it.]

[He opens his book and looks over the guide. So Haruka was right, though he does inquire something else.]

Which building for apartments do you suggest I live in? There's quite a lot.

[He's going to get info out of you yet.]

[The plaza's in sight by this time.]

I don't know what you want from an apartment.

[Though he hasn't exactly visited them all; Haruka had just gone for the closest apartment that had spare rooms within the first two floors.]
