Reserves are open and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test flight for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for music? Try playing DJ at HQ, the new nightclub! Don't have one? Just dance your butt off.
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

Ah... victory cake?! [Whatever it is, Lee knows that he wants it.] I won't fail!

[And now back to INTENTLY STARING DOWN THE JAR to determine the number.

Also, decision time! The actual number of beans in the jar is... 910.]

[ With her tongue between her lips, Rapunzel FURIOUSLY writes down her final number: 762. She's counted those beans backwards, forwards, and backwards again. She cannot possibly be wrong!! ]

[Lee takes a moment to think back at everything Gai-Sensei has ever taught him.

And then, he writes down 1077. He looks down at his answer for a moment, and then he glances to Rapunzel.]

I... have made my answer, Rapunzel-san.

[gleamed]

[ Features tense, Rapunzel glances up to meet his eyes. ]

Alright. On the count of three, we show our numbers?

Very well! [he tensely grabs his paper in his fist.] One... Two...

[gleamed]

...Three!

[ Rapunzel flashes her piece of paper up!

762! ]

Three! [He remarks at the same time as he dramatically holds up his own piece of paper.

1077!

And he studies Rapunzel's own number intensely.]

Ah...!

[gleamed]

Ah...!

[ This relevation...tells her nothing!!! ]

Um...I suppose we need to count them now?

[niceguypose]

[Or does it... tell theme everything?! Rock Lee still looks on as if experiencing a revelation.]

That is right! This shall be the next part of the challenge! [He reaches for the jar and goes to unfasten it. But the lid does not budge at all.]

[gleamed]

[ ah

rock lee did you stop working out ]

Are you...having some trouble with the lid?

[niceguypose]

[He never stops working out! Never!]

N-no. Not at all! [He twists some more at it.] It just seems that, this lid... it's somehow inherited the stubborness of youth!

[gleamed]

[ Not even when he sleeps? And POOPS? ]

Uh...huh! [ She sounds believing, buuuut it can't really be that hard, can it... ] Should I try...?

[niceguypose]

[EVERYTHING IS TRAINING]

Feel free to, Rapuzel-san! It would be wrong of me to doubt your own strength. [And he hands her that jar with the pickliest of lids.]

[gleamed]

[ gross tmi ]

Alright, here I go! [ And she...tries to open the jar. To no avail. ]

Maybe if I wrapped my hair around it...

[Now Lee looks on in concern.]

Rapunzel-san... You would risk your hair in such a way?! Are you absolutely sure? If something happened to it again... My heart would fill with guilt!

[gleamed]

[ She looks a bit alarmed. ]

I don't think you need to worry about it around a jar? [ At least she thinks so??? ]

[niceguypose]

But - but what if it gets cut somehow? Or... it becomes tangled in your hair permanently?! Or - or?! [Or he's worrying for the sake of worrying, wanting to help Rapunzel to keep her hair this time.]

[gleamed]

[ Oh dear...she hadn't meant to make him so distressed! ]

Ah - s-sorry! You're right. We'll just figure out some other way to get it open. If you don't need the jar again, I'm sure I can find a hammer around here...

[niceguypose]

[He's just being paranoid now that she's back that anything could ruin the good-times. But he steps up to volunteer.]

I suppose... that this jar's days may have reached its end. We have no need for a hammer! Let me destroy it with my own power!

[gleamed]

Oh! [ Of course! That should have been obvious from the start. Rapunzel sets the jar back on the counter and backs away to give Lee adequate space. ]

Alright, go ahead!

[niceguypose]

Very well! [And seeing that Rapunzel is out of harm's way, he pumps up his fist.]

Hooooooooooohhhhhhhh!

[And then he just... punches straight forward, right through the jar, shattering it. The jellybeans spill out, but his hand is kind of cut in the process. He doesn't seem to notice, though.]

[gleamed]

[ Rapunzel quickly applauds his show of force - until she notices that he is, in fact, bleeding. ]

Oh - Lee, your hand! [ QUICK, ASSEMBLE THE HAIR ]

My hand? [He looks over the bleeding hand, relatively unphased.] Ah, this is just a minor injury of youth. It is nothing to worry over!

[gleamed]

[ tis only a flesh wound, BUT RAPUNZEL STILL WORRIES and she is now rushing over to him with her bundle of hair. ]

Here, just give me your hand for a moment. It won't take a second. [ She gingerly reaches for his wrist with her free hand. ]
