[Jack is twisting around, trying to see the bright red wings on his back. Then he starts flapping them frantically, which does nothing. Eventually he gives up and looks at the camera.]

Okay, so these things seem to be pretty useless. Why do we even have them? They'd be so much cooler if they were like...gargoyle wings. Black gargoyle wings. With spikes! I mean, at least mine are red, but they really look more pretty and fluffy than evil, if you know what I mean.

[He flaps his wings a few more times.]

Oh well, I guess I can work with them. Does anyone know a tailor or something? I don't want to screw up my clothes trying to make them fit right.

Now don't go takin' this the wrong way, Spicer, but I think I might just have to agree. These things are about as useful as a saddle to a rattlesnake. [ THEY'RE SO POOFY. ] It just don't sit right with me.

[Jack looks at Clay for a moment, before saying,] On the bright side, my wings don't look half as lame as yours.

[Maybe it was the big, muscular body with the tiny, fluffy wings, but Jack thought that Clays wings really did look weird on him. He flaps his wings uselessly some more, twisting around to look at them.]

I think I'll dye mine black, actually. And I'll call them 'wings of evil'. Or no, wait! 'Wings of darkness'! 'Wings of death'? I'm not sure...

[ Oh, a flat frown for that. Not that he expected much different out of the evil boy genius schtick, if he's honest. All the people that could have come from home and he gets Jack Spicer. Alas. ]
