Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

[Just gonna. Ask questions. Half-dazed, in only new feather pants. Maybe he'll put two and two together and realize he should probably wait a little, if only for decency's sake, but waiting is a concept Yuri Lowell has only heard about in folklore or something.]

[Yuri isn't wearing a shirt, Yuri isn't wearing- Oh he's talking again. It takes a few seconds for her attention span to catch up with Yuri's words.]

Uh...? Aye! Our one and only old man! There's no other who would play a prank like this! ...Except maybe Judy.

[First she says she knows Raven, and now she's mentioning Judy? And the way she's talking, it sounds like she knows him too, somehow ...]

... "Our", huh.

[Okay, that settles it. Something is very wrong here. Yuri stands up, quickly glancing over Patty with a small frown - yeah, he's definitely never seen her before today.]

... I don't know how you know the old man and Judy, but aren't you acting a little too familiar with someone you just met?

[She shifts her position so she can sit on her knees, still peering up at Yuri. She frowns a little at his words, though. He's acting pretty weird today.]

Just met? I can understand that you still want to learn more about little old me, but we've been through so much already that I wouldn't call us strangers, ya know!

[Yuri raises an eyebrow at that. Although, his memory WAS really all over the place right now. Was she someone he met here at one point? She really isn't ringing a single bell in his head so far ...

... Ugh, he hates having to think about things like this.]

I can't say I remember anything like that. [He keeps his tone even when he says that - sure, this is really weird, but she's still a kid. No need to be a jerk about it.] ... But my head's a mess right now, so maybe your name would help.

[Can't remember... Head's a mess... He doesn't even remember Patty's name! She suddenly looks a lot more troubled, because this is hitting a little too close to home for her liking.]

Yuri... Do you- Are you suffering from amnesia? It's me, Patty!

Patty, huh.

[... Wait. He can barely remember why, but he's certain Raven mentioned a Patty at some point in Luceti. If he could just remember what that conversation was about ...]

... I'm pretty sure I've heard your name before, from someone else. It's not amnesia, or anything like that, though. Something about this place ...

[This place ... yeah, something about Luceti. Guh, stupid messed up memory. Just trying to even slightly reason out this situation is giving him a headache right now.]

[She pushes herself to her feet, finally realizing that she's wearing a pretty awkward dress. Where's her usual clothes? Where's her hat? And all her things? But Yuri... Yuri seems to know more about it.]

This place? What is this place?

It's called Luceti - if I'm remembering right, anyway. I'd get into the details, but aside from it being a totally different world, I don't really remember the specifics right now.

[... Well, more like trying to sort them out is like playing Scrabble with a chimpanzee, but let's keep that quiet for now.]
