the luceti test drive meme

Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

[It kind of says something about Presea when her first reaction to a sudden person so close is to whirl around and reach for her axe--only to find it not there. ...Mm, that's really frustrating, and her defenses are on high from home enough as it is. Still, she probably just overreacted - might as well apologize.]

Is is all right... [What a loud person. But at least he's not an enemy. In fact, he's wearing the same garb as she is, only for the more...male variety.]

Are you familiar with this place?

Ah! I have only recently been acquainted with where I am! [He holds up his journal.] My friends spoke to me through this book and told me this is a place called Luceti! We are all taken here from different worlds. I was just napping to regain my vitality so that I could find the village.

Understood. [That's good, that he's been informed - by his friends no less. Though sleeping out in the forest isn't exactly a wise choice, all things considered. If Moro still lived in Luceti's forests...eh. Presea remembered her to be the unfriendly type.] If you are fit to set out, I...can accompany you, if you desire. I am familiar with this place...and have been recently returned.

[It may take a moment or two to remember everything all at once, but she's actually doing pretty well so far.]

Oh! You have... returned here? Why would you want to do that?

[Presea shakes her head.] Being returned or taken to this place is not determined by want. Every individual in this facility is forcibly and unwillingly captured from their respective worlds by the Malnosso Organization - for scientific purposes including experimentation on a general and mass scale - and brought here, to Luceti.

The Malnosso Organization determine when we are fit to leave, and may return any person or persons as they see fit, indiscriminately and at any time, any place. Escape from the facility is impossible...from what I recall. There is a more detailed guide written by a resident here, a friend I know well, that is located within the journal you receive upon arrival.
