Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

[ There's a blonde haired man on top of the roof of Cloud Nine. Don't ask how he got there because he sure as hell doesn't know. He might be calling out someone's name: ] Lisbon?! Lisbon? I know you're out there, Lisbon. And if this is in anyway payback for what happened you won. You got me. Okay? Now let's just put our big girl pants on and get me down. I'm going to die a horrible death if you don't. I can already feel the onset of painful dehydration, Lisbon.

[ Well okay. Fine. If that doesn't work he's just going to point to random passerby's and get your attention. As if a man stuck on a roof isn't enough attention seeking. :| ] Sir/Madam. I am a man in need of a little assistance. My colleague has left me out to dry and I would like. No. I would be grateful if you could find me a ladder or anything, really. It's really rather too hot to be stuck up here like this. Maybe a magazine to pass the time? But I would much prefer the ladder if you would.

[Well this passerby may be a bit of a surprise to him. A few spots of her body covered in blue scales. Fingers, arms, eyes, mouth, and ears slightly longer than a human's should be. Although those larger wing set she has with her smaller pair may be of use to him. But is she enough of a shock to still call out too?]

[ Yes. Yes you are because quite frankly Jane doesn't know if you're in costume or if you're just...no. Things like you do not exist in his world, okay? He is just going to look at you inquisitively and sort of in...silent masked horror. Where did he end up?! ] Either I am going crazy, which I'm not, or you have wings on your back that are fully functional.

[ He sounds in mild disbelief. But he's far too sure of himself to take the crazy route, so, yeah. Wings. ] Ha! Well then. Do you think you could give me a lift? [ He is just going with the flow right now, yup. More alone time later to silently freak out. ]

Hm? Why did you go up there if you cannot get back down? That seems awfully foolish.

[Amused? You bet.] Not a fan of the view, huh?

[ He looks quite contrite when he replies. A slight shrug and a slight roll of the eyes. ] Eh. Well. It's not too bad, actually, very rustic. Lots of trees and...foliage. Very...outdoorsey if you're an outdoor sort of person. I would prefer a beach chair and umbrella to keep the sun off. Perhaps some Chardonnay or a nice glass of lemonade.
