Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

I would never think Gai Sensei would set up something so horrible! I only mean that he has arrived here as well and is only hiding from us as his latest test. Maybe he wants to see if I can be as skilled a tracker as Kiba-kun!

Or maybe he's trying to test your resourcefulness, Lee. Why don't you try asking Kiba to assist you in tracking him. A truly great ninja can make the best out of himself and his comrades. [ If Kiba doesn't track him, that totally ends the ritual, right? ...Right? ]

Are you sure he would not consider that to be cheating, Tenten? But Gai Sensei has spoken of the worth of comrades. Maybe I shall consult with Kiba-kun and see what he or Akamaru can come up with! Ah... what if he is preparing me to become a better leader than Shikamaru-san?

You a better teamleader than Shikamaru? [ There's a look on her face for a brief split second that just screams of doubt. But, she contorts it into an expression that fakes considering the possibility. ] I suppose that's a possibility. He does have big plans for you, after all.

That he does, and I am eternally grateful for all the opportunities that Gai Sensei has provided for me! But I am sure that he also has big plans for you and Neji, as well.

I'm sure he'll point us in the right direction of our dreams, too, Lee. [ Ah! Hey! He doesn't seem to focus on the fact that Guy-sensei is hiding anymore! Maybe this is finally it!!!!! ]

Oh! Of course! Our dreams are in Gai Sensei's top priorities! We are each so important to him, that I know in my heart that he would give up even ultimate victory over Kakashi Sensei at a watermelon eating contest for our sakes! Ah, now I wonder even more what benefits he has in mind for us by hiding here!

I'm finding it hard to think of any benefits he has in mind for us if he's hiding. [ She briefly sighs as she starts to explain. ] I'm sure Guy-sensei would give up a lot of chances to beat Kakashi-sensei for us but if our dreams are Guy-sensei's top priorities perhaps he should fulfill them and show up for us right now, Lee.
