[while the quarters she appeared in were infinitely better than a great big hole in the ground, after a mere day of exploring, Leah has already found herself bored with this quaint town. After a brief examination of the journal by her bedside, she had dismissed it as little more than the mindless gibberish not unlike those forums of the internet Loki insisted she frequent. Most of the remaining morning had been spent attempting to spell the black wings from her back before she set out from the dwelling.
Now, she sits in the small tavern she found, sipping a chocolate milkshake. Bored. And ready to return, if not to her Mistress' side, than to the town of Broxton so that, at least, she may find company.
However poor said company might be.]

Perhaps the glass of shaken milk did not deserve her frustrations. But she reaches for a napkin and gently cleans her hand and the glass itself.
That done, she finally does bother to provide an answer. It is surprisingly frank.]
I appeared in a far away land with little explanation as to my arrival. My life is not my own, Loki, but accepting this easily is more than should be asked of me.
[action]
I won't disagree with that.
[The tone of his voice is serious now.]
And I haven't accepted this either.
[But there really are some nice things about this place. He sighs and frowns for a moment, for some reason it pains him when he shoves his milkshake towards Leah. After all, it is a milkshake, and his favorite taste.]
It is a gift of welcoming, yes?
[action]
Nor had she ever accepted a gift from him willingly. Even the Yuletide first had been returned with a blast of hellfire.
She accepts the glass silently and takes a long sip.] You can always obtain another.
[action]
[That is sarcasm but Loki grins afterwards. He is happy to see his bff again and he is also happy she is here.
Chances are big she isn't sharing his happiness right now, though... Maybe not ever, but well, his bff is hard to read sometimes.]
If you have any questions about this realm I will be happy to answer them, yes? I do not like answering questions but I shall make an exception for yours.
[action]
Questions. Oh, she has many.]
How do we leave this realm?
[action]
I have not yet find a way out of this realm, Leah. There is a system of tunnels but apparently they seem to lead to absolutely nowhere.
The Malnosso are not fond of people leaving so they make sure no one will be leaving.
[He makes a wide, dramatic gesture with his arm.]
It is utterly depressing and discouraging!
[action]
Leah takes a long slurp of the shaken milk before picking up the cherry stem between her thumb and index finger. She looks at it curiously before taking it into her mouth.]
I will have to talk to these Malnosso.
[action]
[After that he points at the cherry.]
Do not eat the stem. It is gross.
[action]
There is only one. That is not a gross.
[Has no one taught you simple arithmetic, Loki?]
[action] [ahahaha, oh god Leah A+]
I hope you are aware of the wit you display sometimes, bff!
[He keeps snickering.]
Not a gross as in an amount of something. But gross as in utterly disgusting.
[action] [so unknowingly, too! XD]
Sparks of green hellfire flicker in her eyes and in her fingers.]
I had not meant my words to be of entertainment.
[action]
I know...I know.
[He should shut up and really quick too...]
...Still they are of great comical value, bff!
[action]
[action]
Aye, aye, aye.
[He tries to pull the most straight face he is capable of.]
Behold. My serious face.
[action]
And does so happily smile.]
[action]
The ball hurls right over him but not over the bar behind their table...
Oh, how he has missed his bff...]
