[This place is pretty great so far. There's no rules, no one to yell at her or tell her how many pieces of cake to eat, and while she misses Stitch and her sister and her friends, it would be okay if she stayed here awhile longer. It was fun!
Fun aaaand way too cold. She can barely stand to be outside for more than a few seconds at a time. But seeing as how there is snow out there and she's never had the chance to go on a daring snow expedition before, she's got to do something about that.
So Lilo is at the clothing shop, donning as much snow attire as she can find, from the practical to the outlandish. She could maybe use a hand.
Once she's found the appropriate clothing for a daring snow expedition, Lilo can be found behind the school, building a mighty fortress with a flag staked out front that looks suspiciously like swimming trunks.
Later on, she pulls out her journal.]

Dear Luceti,
Today I got to play in the snow. We don't have snow on my island, and The King doesn't even really sing any songs about it. But snow is pretty great, even though it's so cold it makes you feel like your fingers are gonna freeze and fall off and then a finger-snatching goblin is gonna come and steal your fingers. And then your toes 'cause they froze off, too!
[Anyway.]
So what do you like to play in the snow? Do you like to eat snow? I tried eating it, but it just tasted like water, just so you know, in case you haven't tried it yet. I also heard about snowmans. What if we built a whole bunch of snowmans and they got into this huge fight because some of them had carrot noses, and some of them had pipes, and they had a war and most of them died?
...That would be pretty fun.
Love, Lilo.

It's been many a year since this old man has played in the snow, I'm afraid to admit. However, I would recommend that you acquire a sled and find just the right-looking hill to ride it down. I'm sure you'll enjoy the thrill.
However, building snowmen sounds like a promising enough start. I must say, I admire your destructive imagination. It warms this aging heart. Please, spare me no detail of such a horrific snow-creature massacre.
Sincerely,
Luceti.

[Yeah, the snowman war does sound pretty grand, doesn't it?]
It all starts because one snowman accidentally pokes another snowman in the eye with his carrot nose. The poked-eye snowman has a pipe, so he tells the carrot snowman he wouldn't have poked him if he had a pipe like all good snowmans should have. And then all their friends come to argue about it too, until...
[Pause for dramatic effect.]
SOME SNOWMAN'S SNOWHEAD GETS KNOCKED RIGHT OFF HIS SNOWSHOULDERS.
Then the snowmans break out into a all-out snowman battle! The struggle is fierce, but they never expected their greatest enemy of all...the sun.

With faith like that, I have trouble doubting your ability to accomplish such a feat. I assume that taming such reindeer would be a simple task. But there are also much simpler types of sleds which do not require such steeds.
But my, your story does not cease to impress! You've truly struck at the tragedy lying at the heart of war. Perhaps you should consider a position in the court of some manner of king. Your predilection for foretelling conflict would be a priceless asset.
Does it end there, however? Surely even the impending doom of the Sun cannot defuse the fervor of their holy war. Will they continue to battle, even as their arms droop off of their melting bodies?
no subject
[Really useful voodoo magic!]
'Course, the sun was the snowmans' ultimate enemy. So when it came out and melted a whole bunch of the fighting snowmans, the other snowmans that were left...[Hm, give her a second.] They banded together to perform a snow dance so it would snow some more and block the sun!
no subject
I see. The plot has taken a turn to the inspiring. How touching it must be for those half-melted snow warriors to move nature itself in order to combat a greater threat. Of course, that's not the end. Could such a peace be upheld once the enemy that united them was cast out of sight and out of mind?

She was hoping he'd come! Lilo practically falls over herself as she jumps out of the fort and tackle-hugs Stitch.]
Stitch! Stitch! I knew it! I just knew that you'd come! My wish came true!
it's kinda back now

That is not the appropriate way to wear that.
[He doesn't care that you are bitty years old, he is still judging you. (Okay, he's also mildly worried about a young child who apparently can't dress herself properly, particularly in this inclement weather.)]

Says who? [He's not gonna try and be helpful, is he?] Maybe this is how I like to wear it! Why is your hair blue?

I inherited it from one of my parents. Why else would I have it?
seems legit
I dunno, maybe you're an alien!
[This is possible. She knows quite a few aliens.]

Because there is not enough lineface here.
I've traveled all over my world, and I've never encountered a place that doesn't see snow some time during the year. Your island must be very warm. And I'm glad to know that you were able to enjoy the snow for the first time. But you should have care to wear proper shoes, and warm clothes if you are outside. You don't want to catch a chill, or frost bite.
It's been a long time since I last played in the snow, myself. Not since I was a little girl, probably no older than you. I always enjoyed making snow men, though. I have many fond memories of playing with my childhood friends in the snow. I hope you're able to make some happy memories too.
Sincerely,
Moraine
Never enough lineface.
I think it snows on the other islands with the big big mountains, but not on Kauai. That's where I live! I like it when it's warm, but the snow is fun, too. I mean, I can't build snowmans out of palm trees!
Why don't you play in the snow anymore? Is it because your a grown up and grown ups don't know how to have fun?
Love, Lilo.
no subject
No, I don't think you can. Though I don't think I've ever seen a palm tree either, so I will defer to you on that.
I suppose you might be right about that. I haven't played in the snow since I was a child because I was studying. There are things in my home that I must to do. I have responsibilities and unfortunately they keep me indoors, or traveling much of the time.
Sincerely,
Moiraine.

You never saw a palm tree before? [Gasp.] Whoa. That's heavy.
You're life doesn't sound like very much fun. Except for the traveling part. Did you ever get to go inside a volcano? Or fight monsters?!
Love, Lilo.

It is pretty cool, huh? I haven't had time to install the pool yet. [Paaaaause.] Do...you want to come play in it?

And that was really all Ikki needed to squeal and duck inside, careful not to mess with the integrity of the fort. ] Yes! I'm Ikki, what's your name? Did you do this all yourself? Oh, you're a new feather, huh? I haven't seen you around before! Wow, you're really good at snow forts have you considered expanding it into a castle, with a lookout tower and stuff, so you can spot ENEMIES before they arrive?
no subject
[It is now a mansion fort. She has just decided this.]
Whoa, whoa! First things first. [Lilo holds up a finger in great self importance.] I'm Lilo, and I'm the boss of this place. So if you want to play here, you've got to swear to...the Oath.

Nice fort you got there. Did it take you long?

Nope. I'm a tough guy. These things just come naturally to me.

But, you're a girl.
