Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

Shino? Do you know people called "Hinata" and "Kiba" and "Kurenai"?? Or is it like when that one guy has MY name, even though he's a guy? 'Cause I know about a Shino who talks to bugs 'cause he's a "Konoha 12" person according to Lee who knows LOTS about LOTS of things except not how to fly, 'cause he fell here you know! Oh, but if you're not him that's okay but you should know someone else might have your name!! It can get CONFUSING when that's a thing that happens, 'cause sometimes people talk about the other Ikki and I don't know what they mean 'cause they say things that don't make sense to me and then it's an OH I guess they mean THAT GUY moment y'know? [ Without drawing more than one breath. She talks a mile a minute, yes. ]

What're you searching for? Can I help? I know where evvvvvvvverything is, as long as it's in the village! And some of the outside stuff 'cept I can't go out there without a guardian.

Really the only indication that he's worried at all. Pushes aside everything except what's important.] Those are some of whom I plan to seek out.

Could you tell me where to find Lee, or have you seen Kiba or Hinata? [His team, currently, comes first; Shino could use their help just as much. He leans up to tap at the metal across his forehead.] Please, tell me if you have seen anyone else wearing a symbol like this. Why? It's very important.

[ That, at least, looks familiar - she's fairly fond of both Shikamaru and Lee, whom she knows best, although she's spoken to various others. ] That's your - um. Hita...thing. Right? For Konoha! And yeah, I've seen lots of people with it.

Mooooost of everyone lives at Community Housing 1? I'm pretty sure! I mean, Shikamaru lives there, and I think there're other people on that floor - I only know where Shikamaru's apartment is, though, specifically, but I'm pretty sure it'd be easy to find out at the Welcome Center - they keep lists of where everyone stays, and my Gran-Gran and grandpa work there. Or, well, just asking him! He lives with Masaomi Sifu, so I go there sometimes. To their apartment, I mean! They should be there now. I mean, I dunno - I don't have their schedules 'cept when I'm meeting them?

Ummm, Kiba's also in that building, I think. I dunno about Hinata.

Oh! But the people I know're here - let's see...Shikamaru and Lee of COURSE, theeeeeen...Ino, Kiba, Neji, Sakura, Temari from the Sand Kingdom [ ...that's not what it's called ] aaaaand I think Itachi is the last one?

[ Her count is off by a few, and she actually knows Konan but hasn't connected the dots there for some reason. Congratulations, Shino, you've found out why Shikamaru decided Ikki's actually a good resource. She asks enough questions and pays enough attention to be a semi-useful information resource.
