The Malnosso scientists experiment with things called shifts, which can alter reality within this enclosure in very odd ways. It is hard to explain... but I suppose in most cases they are like very realistic genjutsu that can even change our perceptions of ourselves!

Their enemy is a cult that is known as the Third Party. They are vicious and seek the indiscriminate and permanent destruction of this planet's life. It is a very dire situation, you see.
