[Sure, the Battle Dome is pretty darn cool. Being able to set up all kinds of different situations and complicating stuff is really fun, and Ty Lee's pretty sure it'll be useful when it comes to practicing the new moves she's been learning with her beginning Kiyoshi training. But there is a serious, hideous problem with the Battle Dome that leaves it totally useless for most of what she does.

It's too private.

When she works out, when she practices, or when she just does things because they're fun and feel good, she wants to be seen! She wants people to look at her and be impressed and appreciative of what she can do! There's no one quite like Ty Lee in all the world (at least that she knows of, so there might as well not be anyone at all as far as she cares) and people need to know that!

Some kind soul has left a long coil of heavy rope in the item shop -- well, who else can it be for but her? And some of the trees around Luceti are at a good height for her to have some fun. So now that heavy coil of rope is strung between two tall trees (don't ask how she got it up there) and she's balancing on it, feeling out the give of the rope with an ease of familiarity.

And now the fun begins. Cartwheels, a series of flips, a short stint simply walking on her hands -- then a pause, balancing with a single finger on the rope as she bends backwards to rest her heels neatly on her head. No one's announced it, but the Ty Lee Single-Girl Circus is in town!]

[Yep, it sure is Ty Lee on the journals, with a view of the sky and treetops behind her. She's sitting on her tightrope, although it might not be immediately obvious.]

Hey everyone!

So, listen! It's really kind of boring here. So I'm gonna hold a circus! [Because, really, what else is there to do?] Anyone who wants to come watch can head on over... [And she pans the camera briefly over the area she's in] Right over here, and come enjoy the show! We don't have any performing animals or anything, but I think I can do a pretty good job all on my own!

[They also don't have anything like a net, but it isn't like she needs such silly things. And if there's no net, it means no one can set it on fire under her.]

[Of the three Fire Nation girls who once chased him and his friends down and endangered their lives in the past, Ty Lee is definitely the easiest to get along with. Her friendly nature definitely helps. And for Aang specifically, having lived through a year back home of peace after Ty Lee was accepted into the Kyoshi Warriors, she had already been re-cemented in his head as an ally - and of course by default, a friend.

Regardless of however their first encounter in Luceti went, today Aang winds up going to witness her performance with a cheery smile. As he arrives, he applauds whatever stunt she just finished.]

[And Aang gets a bright, beaming smile in answer. Yeah, so she was kind of the Avatar's enemy in the past -- but hey, the past is gone, and Azula's not looming over her being all scary and kind of crazy anymore, and... well, he's a nice guy! And compliments, ooh yes, those help a lot too.]

[And she'll willingly hop down through the branches of one of the trees to greet him a little more up-close and personal.]

I've been good! This place is really weird though. Wings and all that funky stuff.

[Her wings are proudly on display, bright pink and cheerful; she gives them a little flap in illustration.]

That's right! [And man, that thought makes her feel a little giddy, just because of how much trouble she would have gotten in with Azula for having anything like that be voiced.]

Being unhappy all the time really messes up your aura, too. It'll get all grey-brown and icky.

That I don't know. But Pabu does. It's kind of a thing with him and Bolin.

What can he do?

He can walk on his hands. That is preeetty much it. But he does come with Bolin who has impressive facial hair. For a future guy, anyway.

And what is Pabu, anyway?

He's a fire ferret. I mean, he's no Momo. But he's kind of cute.

Hmm~ I wonder how much he likes learning new things. I bet I could teach him all kinds of cool stuff!

Well a backflipping fire ferret would be impressive.
