Reserves are open and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test flight for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

Ino! [A wave as she pushes herself back to her feet, pretending like she hadn't just fallen. Again. And just tosses the kunai with a careless flick to one of the other targets she'd set up behind her to use it to push herself toward the other kunoichi.] C'mon, you can't be serious that this is only my team, can you?

[Reminder of the fact that as crazy as she thinks her team is, she's right at home beside them.]

[With her gaze, Ino follows the path of the kunai Tenten just threw and then turns to smile at her.]

I'm serious. You can't possibly pin this one on mine when I'm teammates with our laziest ninja.

[Of course, she's just kidding since Shikamaru had come a long way but it's not as if they do daily training on different terrains. She's not teammates (or is a student of) the most impossibly hardworking shinobi of their village either. And while, here, her team also do training since all three of them are present as well, they're not doing things on the extreme.]

[ There's a small blonde girl stumbling through your wall. Actually though the wall. She takes a few staggering steps to steady herself, looking relieved.

At least until she notices the damage. ]

Oh no! [ Her hands clap over her mouth. ] Oh, I did it again. I'm so sorry!

[ It's a snow party! The first snow of the year has happened and Colette is busying herself with making a proper snowman. There's not really enough for that, but it's fine! It can be a mini snowman.

It's got a baby carrot for a nose and delicate twigs for arm. ]

[ Do you have a dog? Do you like dogs? Colette does! Like dogs, that is. She hasn't gotten the chance to have her own yet. Any passerbys with dogs can a very friendly, excitable girl to say hello to them and their pooch.

Otherwise, some of the animals around Luceti are getting some names. ]

[There Patty was, sitting on the living room couch and flipping through her journal, when she hears a loud crash coming from the adjacent bedroom. A loud crash followed by anxious apologizing, that is. That sure is something you don't hear every day, especially when you're living alone. She drops the journal on the coffee table and makes her way to the hallway, carefully peering around the corner and into the bedroom.]

((Underage? At this point, Felix has probably half-forgotten there's such a thing. He draws himself up to stand without leaning against the wall, though he sways a little pathetically.)) Bit of a scuffle at the bar. You know how those things go.

[That mention of the bar is making Marco wonder if perhaps his first estimation of drunkenness wasn't that far off. Not that inebriation is this guy's biggest problem right now, but it could certainly aggravate the situation.]

[ She dusts the plaster off of her clothes, rubbing her head and staring in dismay at the very Colette-shaped hole in the wall. ]

H-hello! [ Look at all this destruction she's unleashed on this poor little girl's house. ] Please don't worry about this! I'll fix it right away!

Wha- Oh! [ Turning away from the mysterious stranger as fast as she can. ] I'm sorry!

[ For a guy who's six feet tall and all skin and bones, Lea handles the cold surprisingly well - he does come from a chilly, mountainous climate after all, which probably explains his delicate pale skin and red hair. Or, you know, being an expert in Fire magic has probably amped up his core body temperature over the years. Magical leakage and all that.

He's been exploring the world he's stuck on, so he's dressed to be prepared - gloves, basic jacket with a lot of pockets in case he finds useful things or ~clues~ (or food), hat for protecting his ears, and a yellow checkered scarf that reminds him of one he used to wear back home.

A glint of metal at the corner of his eye is all the warning Lea gets, before his instincts take over: he flings his torso back and down, his hands come down to the ground so that for a moment he is in a full back bridge while something thuds overhead into the tree next to him, and then he is pushing off his feet into a handspring that ends with him on his feet three feet back in a fighting crouch, his hands clenched around air like something should be in them.

Then he registers the teenage girl laughing and skating around on the frozen lake. And throwing knives. ]

H-Hey! [ Lea shouts at her in shock and outrage. ] Kid! What the hell? You tryin' to kill people?

[Patty's gaze moves from the plaster and brick on the floor to the hole in the wall, to Colette's dusty self. Then she breaks into an amused giggle.]

Ya know, you could just knock on the door before you decide to drop in! [Do you see what she did there, Colette? Do you see it?]

[He nods, a mild smile tugging at his lips that he hopes is comforting to a guy who he assumes is in a good deal of pain. Falling on your wings sounds awful.]

If that's the case, I'll make you a feast when you're able to eat it. [ It's incredibly easy to promise that. She likes cooking for her boys, although normally she just cooks for Hohenheim now, except for times when Edward drops in. ] And they really do! I might have to start trying them. Your father has probably had some of them already, but...it's quite a bit different from what they had at home.
