Reserves are open and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test flight for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

[Oops. She's laughing again, but the sudden glint of metal as he hurls the kunai catches her eye. Just a second, then she's drawn another one from who-knows-where within her cloak to deflect it upward to rob it of some momentum, then skate to snatch it by the handle.

Still snickering, she skated in a little closer.]

Alright there?

I'm fine, thank you very much. [He's begun to brush the snow out of his hair.] I'll never understand you shinobi. The bunch of you will drive me insane one day, I'm sure of it.

[She just laughs again and just tucks both kunai away into who-knows-where to clasp both hands behind her back.] C'mon, you're a fighter. I'm sure you of all people can appreciate training under all conditions!

[If an ice skating rink ever comes under attack, you'll know exactly who to call!]

Yes, but I wouldn't be caught dead doing it on ice skates. I'm a warrior, Tenten, not a figure skater. [He shakes the last of it out of his hair, catching a bit of snow on his finger- and flicks it right at her.]

[Rude. She catches that bit of flicked snow in one hand and just smirks at him, skating in closer and twirling a kunai again.]

Dunno, what'd happen if you were out on a frozen lake and you had to do warrior stuff?

[Not making fun of him. Nope.]

Simple. Just like this.

[He lifts up off the ground, moving over the lake and hovering a foot above just to make a point.] Flying has its merits, after all.

[Eyeroll. DBZ characters, really, can you not.

So she just shakes her head, sighs, and flicks that bit of snow back at him, aiming to hit him right between the eyes.]

[Nope. He has to.

He zaps that snow right out of midair. No way, he's not getting a face full of snow, no matter how small it may be.]

Nice try. But you're going to have to do better than that.

Hmm~?

[She hums with amusement and casts her gaze around, measuring some distances.]

Alright then!

[Never let it be said that a member of Team Gai turned down a challenge! She grins again and draws several kunai, throwing them in quick succession at his feet to try to make him fly higher. Maybe even high enough to whack his head against one of those snow-covered tree branches?]

[He does go a little higher, but the man is aware of his surroundings at the very least. But, he is dangerously close to that branch...

He manages to dodge the kunai and kicks one back at her, catching it underneath so he doesn't get a pointy ouchy into his boot.]

Come on! You've got to be faster than that!

[Oh. Oh it is on little flying man. She skates forward and ducks to avoid the returned kunai, drawing one of her scrolls with a tight smirk.]

Faster? [she echoes with a bit of a teasing laugh. Then uses her Chakra to summon a veritable rain of weapons, just the slightest guiding hand directing them to fall in a neat hail around him. She still doesn't intend to hit him, just collapse that branch on top of him.

What she doesn't anticipate is the physics of it. Suddenly propelling several weapons forward means that with the slight amount of friction and no real way to brace herself, she goes flying backward across the ice with a yell of alarm, eventually tumbling backward and plopping down on her butt.

Nailed it.]

ARGH! [That branch? Falls right on his head, with a loud crack and all that snow gets dumped right on top of him, covering him completely. A white mass floating in midair, looking very, very agitated.

That's it. If she wants to play like that, he'll play.

He floats back down to the ground, and with stupid lighting speed, starts grabbing snow and flinging snowballs at her as fast as he can, which for him, is fast.]

Gah!

[Okay, that? She's not expecting, struggling to get back to her feet under the ridiculous rain of snowballs and only slipping and sliding more on the ice until she finally manages to get a bladed foot under her, stuck by Chakra.]

Enough, enough!

Hahahahaha! Had enough? Hahahaha!

[He stops, but man that was funny. Look at her face, he really got her, didn't he. He doesn't stop laughing either.]

[She growls. Did she say enough? Apparently she doesn't mean it as she gathers up a bunch of snow from the exploded bits he'd hurled at her and throws them right back at him.]

Shut up!

[All the snow smacks him, making him shield himself; but it's just snow, so he keeps laughing.]

I think you had that coming! But I think that's enough onslaught for today. See you. [And he waves arrogantly, flying away. Onto in-game adventures?]
