Usagi, bless her, only narrowly manages to not send the plate and cookies flying when Vanellope glitches over to her, and only just. She was not expecting small teleporting children! But it's a small teleporting child who wants one of her cookies, so that's okay, and Usagi beams right up until Vanellope spits out her cookie.
