Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

[A man appears on one of the boats moored at the docks, ascending from the cabin of the pilot cutter. He appears concerned with matters on his craft, when suddenly he visibly pauses, and then stares down the shoreline, the Admiral coming to rest dead in his sights.

Oddly dressed by the Admiral's standards no doubt - jeans, a hoodie, boots, and a furry spotted hat covering black hair that seemed to catch the light and gain a sheen of deep, dark midnight blue. Which might not be the first thing Pellew catches, oh no. There are the piercings - two small gold hoops per ear, the arm and hand tattoos, and the sword.

The underlying anger in the man's voice was easier for Lupin to handle than the bald disbelief that some New Feathers exhibited when the information was revealed. Fury was simpler, and made his job less tiresome.

You can accept the fact that we're trapped here or not; the choice is yours. Acceptance isn't giving up by any means, but some people have their reasons for wanting to stay here. Others would skip out in a heartbeat if they could.

[Pellew was a thin man, and without his uniform or weapons it was, perhaps, difficult to portray the authority and stature he was used to. When he hears the strange voice, however, he straightens, holding himself as proudly as if he was aboard the deck of the Indy.

Sharp eyes took in the man's unfamiliar attire and weaponry. It was no uniform that he recognized, but then, he had no idea where he was. It would hardly be surprising for the local fashion to be something entirely strange. But he saw nothing that set him apart as a military man. No. More likely, this was a local militant...or, less happily...a bandit or gentleman of otherwise dangerous inclinations.

So Pellew doesn't salute. And he doesn't begin with demands based on his rank or title. Better to keep his hand to himself, until he was more certain where he'd ended up. But he shouts back, his tone neutral, if not exactly friendly...as if finding himself half-bare and suddenly winged was not something to send his mind whirling]
