Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

In both of these cases Asami has been here about two weeks.

Situation A: Asami is looking for a swimsuit! ...This is harder than it sounds given she's from a fantasy equivalent of the 1920s! None of the stuff she knows to be very fashionable is in here, and she finds herself biting her lip if not outright frowning at some of these things. What even is a two piece really? This stuff is weird, weird, weird. slightly scandalous too.

Situation B: So apparently you can use this Dome thing to race... and it's the only place to race. And she has no idea how to program this dome thing, but hey she can make a Satomobile whistle out good enough stuff to win any race so how hard could it be.

John Silver | Treasure Planet

[Being forcefully moored on some backwater planet is something Silver is (for better or for worse) quite used to. He expects it to happen, is prepared for it just like he would be of most other ill circumstances. He's been here for two weeks and Luceti has yet to really surprise him—well, the wings are certainly a surprise, but after you wake up one day with half of your own flesh and blood limbs gone, such unseemly modifications tend to lose their initial shock value.

It's not being able to get off a planet that bothers him, rattles his gears more than he'd care to share; however, unlike much of the rabble he's consorted with over the years, Silver knows how to bide away the hours until the very sky is sick of him. This planet is like any other, after all: full of fools, seekers of glory, people who either know too much or know too little. Time is all he needs to get off this rock. Time and information.

And for the moment, at least—or so he figures as he nurses a glass of rum at the bar, more than willing to strike up a lively, friendly exchange with whomever passes him by or decides to take up a stool—it seems that he has plenty of time.]
