Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

No problem - all the different styles can be a little confusing. What kind of suit are you looking for?

I... guess I'm looking for whatever's normal here. [A...ahaha] I'm not seeing too many in the style we have back home. [Come close, but none of them are quite the same]

There are way too many different styles here for anything to be completely normal.

[But she'll save philosophy for another day. She picks up a modest bikini.]

Here, I like to wear the ones where the strap goes around the back of the neck - it keeps your wings free and stops the suit from falling down in the water if you dive off quickly. You can always pair it with a cover up - I like to wear a skirt around the bottom.

But if you're just planning to sit in the sun, there are plenty of other options.

[Huh, so something like that is more normal here, huh? She just didn't want to stand out too much like... it's rapidly looking like she would in something back home.

But with the wings in question (she tries to flap hers for the x-millionth time today only to find she is still not used to the muscles) she didn't even thiiink of- that. Would her own have got in the way?

I was planning to see what the ocean was like, actually. I don't think there's any pools here, after all.

I think Gold was working on one a little while ago, but I'm not sure what happened to it. [She shrugged.] And there's the lakes - but you're right, the ocean is a great place to go.

Asami knows she must be staring but-]

...Well, it won't be an introduction, but you can show me what sorts they have here. [And even if she's not the hugest drinker of it is it popular and is a thing. even if it's not the same type]

It took a while to get used to all the different things that they have in the grocery store - not the mention the way everything was prepared - but soda was a whole new experience. What kind of flavor do you usually like?

[She'll just be casually inserting references to the weirdness of worlds and times while trying to ground Asami in her own knowledge.]

Peach's my favorite, when I have it. [Which... isn't totally often. Fruit flavored ones. The taste is weirdly contrary with some of them itp I try to decide if the avatar world has pineapples or not] Apple's alright as well, or ones flavored to ash bananas. I'm not as fond of the cactus juice flavor.

Ah - well, those we don't really have here, but maybe we will now that you've shown up. Most of the sodas we have here are from Earth. Have you met anyone from one of the Earths yet?

Only briefly, but I heard Earth's got some very nice cars on it, so i'm hoping someone could show me them at the Dome later. [Because she heard it could do that. She's also made it her quest to get a nice racer programmed into it]
