Mm hmm! Even if he's kind of funny, he's really good with machines. He made some things they called tanks, but I don't know why, since they didn't hold any water. And... And he made it so that he could shoot a beam out of his mouth!

...And he couldn't make himself a pair of pants?

Um... well. Maybe he doesn't like them?

[Spencer won't get into the vulgar particulars about how pants can indeed be uncomfortable at times and demand manual adjustment of certain things.]

Somehow, I get the idea that if he were around here, I'd have heard all about him already. ...Just a feeling.

[Of course, he'd have a look through the journal's directory afterwards and contact Franky via voice or video if he's listed, eventually. He could tolerate some creepiness if the guy seriously devoted himself to his work and could have his arm in working order in no time. And if there were no one else who was capable of doing the job right.]

Mm, he probably would make a lot of dancing videos on the journals. And yell "Super" a lot.

But. Maybe Usopp-sama could help, too? He's less outgoing.
