[If you decide to head out for a walk today you might spot someone in a rather unusual place - that is, there seems to be a winged boy halfway up a tree, supposedly heading for that large bird's nest on a nearby branch. A branch that appears sturdy enough at first glance, but with added weight on it, who knows if it'll stay intact or not?

Either way, the boy isn't giving up! He has wings now after all so he'll be fine if he falls, right?]

Scenario B - [Video]

[In an entirely different scenario, you might find said boy on a video feed, holding onto a flowerpot with a single sunflower growing in it. Or at least it was supposed to be growing... the flower actually didn't look all that healthy - the leaves had wilted and the head drooped as if tired. Naturally, he didn't seem too happy about it.]

Um... does anyone know anything about growing flowers? This one isn't doing so well...

There's a lot about this situation that's distracting and upsetting him, particularly as he finds out just how bad his Pokémon are handling this new situation.]

[If you're out near some of the smaller trees today, you might hear a magnificent WHUMP. That's the sound a mouse makes when he falls flat on his front on the ground, from a high distance.That had to hurt. He dizzily lifts his head, trying to regain some sense of balance and consciousness.]

... Okay... So I got wings, but I can't fly. Kinda wish they came with a note sayin' so. Oof...

You name it, he knows them. He might also be trying to cause a bar fight or two out of boredom, since really why not make this boring village a little more exciting? After that nonsense however, he might trying this same stunt in other cafes, the tea shop, any place with people really.]

You know this town is rather simple in nature, I'd say it very much matches my own hometown of Simpleton. So I suggest we ask these Malnosso fellows for a casino, I'm sure that'd lighten up the place. Maybe we could bring in a few pleasure houses as well for all you lonely people out there. Why not spice up this town and make it less dull? I think it'd be rather fun if you ask me.

[ Natalia wasn't very pleased with this turn of events. With something of great importance just about to happen back home she can't just stay here and not participate. She wanted to get home and as soon as possible.

If it was even possible. She's starting to realize that this isn't even Auldraunt she's on anymore. She's never seen a village like this before in her travels. And while she's aware that there is still a lot to learn about her country it just ... doesn't seem like Kimlasca. Nor does it seem like Malkuth.

The fact that she has little wings also points to this not being Auldraunt.

She's been carrying the journal around and eventually she had settled down somewhere and opened it. This wasn't... a journal she's ever seen before. But it seems to be come sort of communication device. It takes a moment but eventually she turns on the audio. ]

Greetings. I am Natalia Luzu Kimlasca-Lanvaldear and, if I may, ask if someone could explain where I am. And if there is any way to go back to where I am from I would be enlightened to hear. Any other information, such as why I have wings, I would also wish to know.

[ Natalia finds herself walking more around Luceti and trying to get a firmer grasp of where she is after her little broadcast. So feel free to find her anywhere around town while she tries to get her bearings on the situation. It's a bit chilly outside and she starts to shiver after a while but she's toughing it out. She's already seemingly been forced to give into the fact that she's not where she should be. She doesn't want to give in to the cold without finding out where she is first as well. ]

[The former Knight captain just stares at the controls of the battle dome, wondering what buttons do what for this training facility. That's all he's heard about this place. Supposedly, there was a way to make it appear like anything he wanted with a few taps of the buttons so that he could train.

He wasn't Pascal though, and the contraption was slowly wearing away at his patience. Not that he was letting it show. After traveling with both Pascal and Hubert and teaching for nearly fifteen years at the academy in Barona, he'd learned how to channel that into something constructive. So, if he hit a button a little too hard, that didn't mean anything.

At all.]

How is this supposed to be used properly? I was hoping to have a training session in this facility. The machinery isn't as user-friendly as I was led to believe.

[ CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE

A) Wrathion is new here but he is fully dressed, annoyed, and knows there is a guide here. He thus is doing the only logical thing, and setting up shop in the tea shop. But when he does this, he's going to demand constantly attentive service by one of the staff ahead of time before he goes into research mode on the journal, looking increasingly annoyed as he goes. This isn't Azeroth...! Useless. Useless.

B) Wrathion is flying around in this baby dragon form. It's barely three feet long and flying like a little whelp. Above town and towards the mountain range and making sure that that he sees everything. To get a grip for this world and the limitations. He's going to try to skirt the barrier as well...

C) And finally, he's going to spend all day in the viewing area of the Battle Dome some day. This world is supposedly filled with champions, so he might as ell observe what they can do. If indeed they do anything. If there's anyone particularly impressive, he'll come down to their room to chat them up.

[He might have been kidnapped but that didn't mean Jack was going to lie down and do nothing. In fact, now that he'd been removed from his world and everything he had been working towards, his determination had only increased. He was more eager than ever to strengthen himself and find a way out of here, back to Filgaia and back to facing the Demons. Facing her in particular.

So you might find him practicing his Fast Draw technique with his sword in the Battledome (after spending a while figuring out how to even use the thing, where was Hanpan when you needed him?), or feeling a little worn out afterwards, which was strange. Was he really that out of shape?

Anyone who notices will find Jack apparently standing off against the virtual target, hand on sword, before darting forward at speed and attacking with a volley of slashes. It was rather like watching two cowboys undertaking a quick draw only... with a sword. And one of the cowboys was a generic monster.]

So, do all of the animals here talk? I thought Hanpan could be annoying but at least he was good for some interesting conversation.

[Bianca chose a bad day to explore the forest. To be fair, it was a nice day when she woke up, so it wasn't a bad decision to start with!

The bad decision was not taking an umbrella with her.

She did take her three Pokémon with her (Samurott, Stoutland and Musharna), so at least she had a guide that wouldn't let her get lost. However, no guide in the world prevented her from getting wet and muddy. All the bright colors she usually wore were covered by brown and the occasional fallen leaf.

Now, there is no reason for people to be outside at the moment, with all the rain and those dark clouds. But in case someone is -especially in the forest or nearby the trees/village borders-: please excuse the running, dirty girl who is about to bump into you in three... two... one... OOPS.]

[Bianca's voice sounds kinda tired and... embarrassed, maybe?]

[A bunny likes to have the occasional nap, but finding oneself suddenly napping in a tree is a big no no. He's not really fearful of heights, but he was confused about how he even got up in a tree.]

O-Ok, so I'm up in a tree...somehow and there's no one around annd I'm not wearing what I should be wearing. Eheh, this is good, just great. [Honestly, it doesn't sound like it's a great thing from the nervous tone in his voice.] I bet this is someone's idea of a joke. Well, it's not very funny you guys!

[He yells out loudly, hoping maybe someone will realize he's there...someone that's friendly. Gulp. M-Maybe he should work on getting down now. Although this would be easier if his back wasn't aching so much. He reaches behind him, trying to massage where it was hurting only to find...feathers? He tries to pluck a few and that actually made him twitch in pain.]

[A week has already passed after the initial shock of waking up in Luceti. Yarne for the most part has calmed down, if not still a little on edge being so far away from people he knew. At least no one was trying to kill him or eat him here....the people he has spoken with anyway didn't seem interested in killing him.

Speaking of eating, that's what Yarne would like to do today, although he's wander a bit far from town and found himself in the farmlands than in the market. The food here was free right...? That's what he remembered at least. So it's okay if he picked a few carrots out here right? Anyone out there is going to find a rather large rabbit foraging for food and just enjoying himself.]

[There you are, in the Battle Dome. Trying to mind your own business and do a good day's worth of training. But this guy's too bored to let you do so in peace. As you train, he will sneer and smirk through the observation deck, as if aware of some fatal flaw in your training regimen that is invisible to you. Every time you look up to him, he's answering your latest move with a scoff or a small laugh. Sometimes even an indifferent shrug. And after your big show stopper? A yawn.

Whether you try to approach him or not, Jade Curtiss casually saunters over towards you when you're finally throwing in the towel. He prods his glasses up his nose before assessing you in person, showing every possible visible sign in his face that he is disappointed with your performance.

But he speaks in a casual, almost sing-song manner.]

My, my. Done already? And here I thought this facility was supposed to be used for challenges!

[Jade sits up in bed, impatiently poking at his journal while wearing just his signature bathrobe. It's been a week already since he came here - and since his peers from his world had to endure his tests to prove they were not replicas. Or in some cases, prove they were the same replicas he knew.]

This is Colonel Jade, Third Division, Malkuth Imperial Forces. I've been here a week now, but some matters are still pressing on my mind.

This land is abundant in natural resources. Fresh water flows freely through your village, nourishing it as if it were milk from a mother's breast. A soft land, where timber is provided, game is plentiful and weak, and ore abound rests without the mountain ranges. [His voice is gravely, low, and there's a hint of controlled aggression in it] And yet this bounty is squandered in the favor of accepting the hand outs of an oppressor.

[Her armor and her sword are safely hidden away. Her longbow -- a gift from the camp of the Dalish she met after leaving her own clan -- is all the protection she has. (Well, and a layer of leather stitched against her chest, under her loose, long shirt and sewn to the inside of the pants she wears.)

She makes almost no sound as she ventures through the forest from dawn to early afternoon.

Having hunted enough for supper, she comes to the village about midday, collecting cooking supplies and browsing the item shop to see if any more of her things have come.

She'll take a couple of hours to herself, getting more acquainted with this part of this strange place. For the last seven days, she's kept herself to a portion of the forest that reminded her most of her clan. Not that she hasn't been giving the Journal a look-over every so often, speaking to a few who seem interesting or whom she has met during the short times she's come out of the woods before.
