[Silver, who is the sort of kid to completely toss aside his journal and not care at all about what a bunch of strangers have to say to him, has decided that his most important course of action is to assess where his (now suddenly limited) team stands with this weird "power cap" thing. There's a lot about this situation that's distracting and upsetting him, particularly as he finds out just how bad his Pokémon are handling this new situation.]

[...It didn't sound as bad in his head. His Pokémon at least keep acting, even if Silver clicks his tongue and looks extremely displeased.]

[Silver... the Silver from his world, had left not too long ago. But now imagine his surprise when he sees and hears someone familiar. Though at first he thinks it might be the other Silver... there's something distinctly different here.

Lance walks closer and then stops to observe as the boy interacts with his Pokemon.

And his face falls.

Yes. This is the Silver he knows, but he's different. Different from how he knew him in Luceti, but the same as from back home. He's not really sure how to feel about this. Thus Silver will probably notice him standing there, rubbing his forehead in exasperation.]

[Silver doesn't notice initially, but he eventually catches a glimpse of that incredibly gaudy cape.]

I don't have any Pokemon, but I do have some animal companions, and- and they don't have wings either. I don't know why or how it works, but... whenever animals or Pokemon come here with people, they just don't have wings.

S-so... It's another reason to be careful.
