[Silver, who is the sort of kid to completely toss aside his journal and not care at all about what a bunch of strangers have to say to him, has decided that his most important course of action is to assess where his (now suddenly limited) team stands with this weird "power cap" thing. There's a lot about this situation that's distracting and upsetting him, particularly as he finds out just how bad his Pokémon are handling this new situation.]

Hey! Pick up the slack, you losers! I can't replace you if you fail!

[After what he learned about the wings... that's extremely disconcerting.]

I don't have any Pokemon, but I do have some animal companions, and- and they don't have wings either. I don't know why or how it works, but... whenever animals or Pokemon come here with people, they just don't have wings.

S-so... It's another reason to be careful.

[Silver's gritting his teeth, and it comes over fairly clearly in the audio.]

I'm not happy with it either... but there isn't any way around it. If we all watch out for each other, we won't have to worry about it.

Y-yeah. What else are we supposed to do? [This definitely isn't the Silver he knows... Could it be that other one, whom he didn't really get to know?]

As long as there's also efforts towards finding our way back, then at least it won't be completely worthless.
