Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?

o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

[While on his way to the barrier, Zuko may hear a very familiar roar as a very familiar shape drifts overhead. Aang's taking the bison out for a ride around Luceti. They're not too high above, although Aang thinks those robes look familiar, he doesn't recognize just yet because of the hood.]

[TWICE? Zuko practically sputters at that. It wasn't exactly something he could easily believe.]

That's impossible!

[With that the Fire Lord growls and proceeds to stalk away. He wasn't taking any more of this crap. It didn't make a bit of sense! He's so getting out of here.]

[lordhotman]

[Yes, that did sound familiar. And it was about time too. He was getting pretty sick of all these strange new things that made absolutely no sense.

Zuko stops and looks up, using a hand to shield his eyes from the sun as he spots Appa. This should help give Aang a view of his face.]

[ajksghjsak Well Roku's not gonna leave you wondering on your own.]

Well have you talked to the others yet? Where are you going?

[And Aang's face lights up when he recognizes him - Appa is almost instantly changing direction and being brought to a swift landing nearby.]

ZUKO!

[Well that's fine but Zuko isn't stopping. He doesn't even look at Roku.]

To the barrier. I'm getting out of here!

[Yep.]

Don't tell me what to think. [ He continues staring into said screwdriver, but it's pretty obvious that he's not really looking at it anymore, but beyond it. His voice quiets; not quite dangerously, but almost. ] You don't know anything.

[Robes ruffled by the wind of the bison's landing, Zuko just stands there and stares, completely dumbfounded by Aang's exuberant arrival.]

Aang?

[So he's here too. Well, the sight of Appa made that a bit obvious, but still.]

[....Oh dear.] Well I can save you the trip and tell you firebending it isn't going to break the barrier.

[Aang slides down from Appa and runs towards him. It's been a good few months since he left.]

It's great to see you again!

[He's ready to jump into a hug when he remembers what Shikamaru taught him about the "bro codes". So he stops and stiffly holds out his fist.]

[lordhotman]

[Great to see him again? Zuko blinks at this. To him it felt like he just saw Aang like... yesterday.]

Uh... yeah.

[Zuko stares at the fist.]

What are you doing?

[lordhotman]

[This little bit of information doesn't seem to deter him in the slightest as he continues stomping towards the edge of the village.]

I'll find a way through it!

[Little does he know how many people have tried and with what.]

Oh, this? [He blinked before looking at his fist with a nervous chuckle.] This is the bro's fist! I learned it here, it's what guys are supposed to do instead of hugs! [He looks proud of what he's learned, even though hey, he'll always be a hugger at heart.]

By doing what!? If there really was a way to get out, people would have left this place years ago.

[He's going to keep on following him] Besides, you don't know what's out there. This barrier is protecting us.

Ah... [He frowns at the mention of Yamato and his mysterious, mysterious fate.] That may be so.

But even without our own... I know that there are some here who can bend the earth! Or use other magical techniques similar to our Earth ones. I am sure this damage can be cleared most easily! [He says with a cheery smile.]

I am well versed in small, Earth towns. I spent a great deal of time in one.

[The feeling is incredibly mutual for Thor, actually. Despite his own Loki being here, he knows very well he needs to tread carefully around him. The smaller version, however, serves as a small reminder as to why he's gone so long without giving up on his brother. He'll always be careful, but he can't help but find himself enjoying the company of the smaller Loki. Perhaps in time he will begin to know him as his brother.

Alas, now really is not the time for such deep thoughts. Perhaps now is a time to know him better.

He gives him a wry smile, raising an eyebrow.]

Perhaps it is time to try something a little stronger? Ale will do you no harm, you know.

[Thor fully encourages underage drinking.]

[He smiles brightly at her agreement and glances down at her drink curiously. Perhaps he will have to try it some time.]

I do not believe we have met before. I am Thor, son of Odin. Who might you be?

[She mirrors his bright smile, eyes flashing with interest. This was the Odinson? Well she'd certainly heard enough of him from Clint, and...both versions of his brother.]

[He finds the gesture fairly endearing and his smile only brightens.]

I am of Asgard, yes. I like to believe my father is proud of me, but I am sure there is not a son in any realm who does not.

[An eyebrow shoots up as she states her name, and he gives her a curious look.]

What does such a title entail, if you do not mind my asking?

[She smiles cheerily, taking a sip from her drink]

It means, Odinson, that we are alike. In your tongue...I would be a god of storms. And I have heard of you. It's nice to meet you in person.

[lordhotman]

[Zuko just stares with this odd look on his face. Clearly he has no idea how this "bro's fist" is supposed to be done.]

I'm not going to just sit here!

[Not doing anything would just be acknowledging the fact that he couldn't do anything. That he was stuck here just like everyone else, and Zuko wasn't ready to accept that.]

Stop following me!

[He raises an eyebrow. He just assumed Zuko automatically knew lots of cool things.]
