Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Fix-It Felix, Jr | Wreck-It Ralph

[You know, a place where the buildings fix themselves kind of puts this guy out of a job. But he's not just a building-fixer, no-sirree! And Felix is determined to put his time to good use in bettering this lovely little community around him, or his name isn't Fix-It Felix, Jr (from the game, Fix-It Felix, Jr)!

So he will be engaged in many tasks, including (but not limited to):

a) Helping carry groceries home
b) Jumping to reach items high on shelves in various shops
c) Throwing his hat over puddles (for the gentleladies) so feet won't get wet
d) Fixing anything that just might happen to need fixing
e) Helping lost children/adults/pets find their way

And so forth! If you have a problem, Felix can fix it!]

[Now he was used to having Felix again, and all those embarrassing feelings of missing him dearly have passed. So now he can throw his arms up and question Felix's ways as he carries groceries towards some other building. Because why, Felix. Why.]

Felix. Man. What're you doing?

Hello, Ralph! [A proper greeting is always in order!] I'm just helping the good people of this village out by giving them a hand with their groceries. I just love to see the thankful smiles on their faces.

[He cups his head in a sigh. Why did he miss this feeling of exasperation?]

Oh, yeah, sure. A real natural alright. I bet I'd also be a real natural at slamming my head into a wall until I pass out. I wonder which'll happen first.

[Now, that attitude just won't do. Felix holds out one of the bags towards Ralph.]

Come on, Ralph! Give it the old-school try.

[He silently grabs the bag. Holds it up for a few moments. And then drops it on the ground.

All with a pout on his face.]

[Oh so it's gonna be like that huh.]

Now, Ralph. Is that any way to be helping your fellow villagers?

Nope. But it's a heck of a great way to help me!

[He says with a smiling sneer.]

[Ralph plz. He picks the dropped bag back up again.]

But when you help others, you help yourself! You'll be surprised how good it makes you feel.

I know how good it makes me feel. [He snatches the bag right out of Felix's hands.] Doesn't mean I'll do something for every Larry, Sue and Joe who asks something of me.

[Unfortunately for our hero, Ilyana is one of Luceti's most ravenous eaters, and her grocery list has nearly 50 bags worth of food on it. Indeed, she's already making him carrying probably more than a man his size rightly should.]

[N-no, not at all! Don't let his size fool you, he's been programmed with a strong physique!

Though, he worries briefly, maybe not this strong...]

Hmm... I think... we can find one... over...

Ohhh...

[She's looking a little wobbly Felix... what do?! Drop the groceries to save the girl? Try to place down the groceries and risk her falling before you can catch her? Or ignore her and keep carrying the groceries?]

[Never fear, miss! He hasn't been getting medals for 30 years because he couldn't handle a little heroic dilemma. He drops one armload of groceries carefully on the ground before reaching out to hopefully catch her before she falls.]

Careful, miss! Are you alright?

[ilyana]

[She blinked in surprise finding that she hadn't fallen to the ground, and the groceries did in fact all seem to be intact.]

W-wow... thank you Felix I just...

[She brushed herself off, but still leaned on him for support as she was still dizzy.]

Sometimes I get these nasty dizzy spells when I haven't eaten in long enough... do you... think you can hand me some bread from one of those bags or something?

Hey, Felix, thanks for comin' out and takin' a look at Dahak. [Which is, you know, a seven-foot-tall vaguely-humanoid robot. Intimidating? Maybe a little. It's just sitting there, hunched over.] I poked at it for days and I still couldn't find the problem, so if ya got anythin' that can help, I'd appreciate it.

[Yes, maybe a little. But nothing he can't handle! Ralph's still got it beat for sheer height.]

Don't you worry another minute, my good sir! Just leave this to me and my trusty golden hammer!

W-wait, did you say a hammer?! [Red darts in front of the robot, doing his best to position himself between it and Felix.] I thought you said you fixed things, not beat 'em to a pulp!

[Felix looks puzzled before catching Red's meaning.]

Oh, you mean like those Hammer Bros in Mario's game - don't worry, this is strictly a fixing-only hammer! They don't call me Fix-It Felix, Jr. for nothing.

[You're confusing him even more, Felix. After a while, he just sighs, stepping aside but making sure to stay near Dahak.]

Alright, but I'm warnin' you; you better be tellin' the truth. Fixin' only. [Red might not have a working robot right now, but he still has a three-foot-long gun-blade-thing. Which is strapped to his back right now.]

[It really shouldn't be so hard to fight down a grin at that hat over the puddle. Really. But it's really pretty funny, in an endearing kind of way. Still, she's fighting that smile. She does so hate to lose a fight.]

You know I was just going to step over it, right?

[Seriously, Felix, that puddle isn't even that big.]

[Sure, maybe she could walk right over it, and sure, maaaaaybe it isn't even that big of a puddle, BUT LOOK, THAT IS BESIDES THE POINT. The point is it the gentlemanly thing to do. And he'll be darned before he misses and opportunity to be gentlemanly, especially for his dynamite gal.]

But I insist! Besides, it could be a tricky kind of deep puddle, and I'd rather be safe than sorry!
