Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

[Anyone in the plaza would encounter a boy who looks identical to Sora, save for the black hair and gold eyes. He's dressed in a black and red bodysuit.]

Where the hell am I?

Sora-kun! That is quite the daring makeover you've undergone!

[Vanitas turns to face the ninja, his expression puzzled.]

Who the hell are you?

It is me, Rock Lee, your dear friend! Konoha's Beautiful Green Wild Beast! Could you... not be Sora-kun?

[vainvoid]

No, I'm not Sora.

[niceguypose]

Are you some manner of brother of his? Or his son?

[vainvoid]

No on both counts. I don't even know who Sora is.

[niceguypose]

You do not? Are you absolutely certain that you have not met him at some point and mistaken him for a mirror? [Clearly a valid theory.]

[vainvoid]

[Icon is appropriate, because Vanitas is starting to get pissed]

No, no, no, no, and no. For the love of hell, No. I don't know Sora, never met Sora, and I don't want to know him. Now are you going to keep playing 20 questions, or are you going to give me something useful?

Well, that's good and all but I was hoping for more along the lines of information.

Ah, of course! What types of information do you request?

[Ven could recognize Vanitas a mile away. Unfortunately for him, he's not even close to a mile away and is in fact standing... on the other side of the fountain.

Biting his lip, he tries to slip by undetected. Unfortunately for Ven, his stealth skills suck.

Whatcha gonna do, Vanitas?]

[Ven, your stealth skills suck muchly. Vanitas senses Ven's presence and teleports in front of him.]

Ventus. Where the hell is this place?

[risingwinds]

[...Drat. No escaping now.

Well, he could walk away, but even if this is Vanitas he's dealing with, it'd be rude to just wander off. Sigh.]

It's called Luceti. It's in some world nobody knows the name of, and a bunch of creeps called the Malnosso run the show.

[There. That oughta cover the basics. If Vanitas pays close enough attention, though, he might notice Ven's fingers twitching, as if he's about to summon his Keyblade at any minute.

But a fight's the last thing he wants right now.]

[vainvoid]

[Vanitas notices Ven's twitching fingers, but does nothing. He wants information first]

I'm guessing there's no way out, huh?

[risingwinds]

[He shakes his head.]

It's all random. And even when people do leave, they could always come back.

[Usually without memories.]

[vainvoid]

So, how long have you been here?

[risingwinds]

Two years.

[...This conversation's going surprisingly smoothly, but there has to be a catch. While a part of him's tempted to relax a little, he can't let his guard down. For all he knows, Vanitas could be weeding the info out of him before doing something drastic. Hm.]

If that doesn't make sense, well... time works differently here.

[vainvoid]

So... anyone else from our world here?

[risingwinds]

Well, there's a couple of people from the future, but nobody you'd know.

[...Crud. Wait. He pretty much implied that Terra and Aqua aren't around, which is a stupid idea.

But it is the truth. What good would bluffing even do at a time like this?]

[vainvoid]

[He was going to ask about that, but his mind is stuck on the future.]

From the future?

[risingwinds]

Yeah. About ten years in the future...

[His eyes narrow, and he looks the other way.]

Xehanort's plan didn't work. Whatever was supposed to happen with the χ-blade... My friends must've stopped it.

[vainvoid]

[That makes Vanitas pause for a bit. His eyes are narrowed.]

The last thing I remember was you and I fighting over our heart, and me ending up dying.

[Ven could probably here some spite in those words.]
