Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?

o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

[ perhaps the day before you may have noticed a certain canine walking along by himself.. and today, it's the same. same dog and even the same path.

a light grey and white colored shiba inu with a strange headphone-like collar around his neck. he pauses this time in his walk to glance up, staring up at the endless sky with an... almost thoughtful look.

before he gives a sudden sneeze. brrr, it's kinda chilly today huh?]

[Evan had seen the dog yesterday, walking along.

Today he's walking the same way. How bizarre.

He pauses on his walk and Evan decides it won't hurt to approach. Failing all else, he could probably out run it if he had too. Even without his prosthetic arm acting as counterbalance to his good arm.]

Hey Doggy. Bless you.

[Okay, so saying 'Bless you' to dog that's sneezed is weird, but he's a relatively polite person okay. You hear a sneeze, you say 'Bless you', it's not rocket science.]

[ koromaru perks his ears with a glance over, blinking once before giving a light (and not at all hostile!) bark. as though replying to his words. and in a way, he is! for a canine, he's much more expressive than the normal, not to mention more intelligent looking.

though he now approaches a little carefully, cautious and yet curious. this is someone he does not recognize, after all.]

[What a cute dog.

Evan smiles and crouches down, careful but practiced movements that make sure he doesn't fall on his face. Arms are kinda important for balance at times but he's learned and deals with it's few challenges.

He holds out his hand for the dog to sniff, recalling the few dogs he's met in his life. Okay, so most of them are training police/guard dogs, but still. The dog doesn't look like he can rip his arm off with one bite.]

Nice dog. You're a handsome fellow, or a beautiful lady. Not sure which.

Awww... you're so cute!

[ And the teenage girl will crouch down, smiling gently at the dog, even though he's just sneezed. ]

[ oh! the voice and smile both match of the friendly kind, and the way she's come to his level adds to it.

and so, he has no problem with approaching the girl with curious little sniffs and a slow wagging tail.

[ Unfortunately, Mikuru does not speak dog. However, she does giggle softly before petting him both on the back and on the ears. Dogs like that, right? ]

You're such a cute dog... I wonder if you have an owner.

[One person isn't surprised to find Koromaru wandering out alone. He's more than capable of taking himself for walks, even if it's more fun to do it together.]

Are you cold? We should probably get inside soon... [Even a fur coat isn't perfect when the temperature starts dropping this low.]
