Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test flight for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

MORRIGAN AENSLAND | DARKSTALKERS | OPTION 5... or, rather, a variation of it

[It had taken ages of organizing and who knows how much practicing, but Morrigan had finally twisted enough armsmanaged to get something set up for the whole village to enjoy... Or, at the very least, for the adults to enjoy, seeing as most of the kids should beare asleep by now.]

[So, on a lazy Saturday night, people that are coming into Cloud Nine may notice that there's a large stage set-up along one of the walls (thanks to hundreds of missions), complete with lights and... what look like instrument-holding droids.]

[The soft notes of a piano start up, and Morrigan's voice starts singing.]

Fly me to the moon, and let me play among the stars...

[Then the lights kick on, and Morrigan poses pretty in some sleek looking clothes, and --]

[Well, this isn't quite the version of the song people may have been expecting.]

[So feel free to enjoy her impromptu performance, Luceti -- maybe catch her after the show, if you'd like. She'll be sticking around for a while.]

[Y'know, being grounded here kinda sucked. But this was at least somewhat entertaining. Kerra leaned back in her chair, boots up on the table and watched the show with amusement. The song wasn't familiar, neither was the costume, and she'll be damned if she ever saw another sentient with wings on their head, but hey...she had moves.

When it's over, she whistles and claps right along with the rest, still leaning against the wall.]

[She takes a few quick bows, smiling happily. Once she actually spots Kerra, she positively beams -- because 1) she's not used to getting compliments from very many women and 2) Kerra looks like she'd be someone with whom Morrigan can actually have a pleasant conversation.]

[SO, after teasing a few guys and doing her usual teasing thing, she makes her way to the Jedi.]

Hey, I'm glad you enjoyed it! [Her smile, at this point, is bright enough to light a room.] I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting it to go as well as it did.

[Well once she's approached, Kerra lets the chair lean back a bit further, keeping it upright with a bit of telekinesis. Because it's a better view, really. With a wry grin she shrugs]

Why? With a figure like yours and a voice like that?

[Barely a few words into the conversation, and this woman's complimenting her? Oh, Kerra, she likes you already.]

Everyone's got their own things to do, mostly. I wasn't expecting much of a turnout at all, let alone finding people that could appreciate the show.
