Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test flight for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

[Kanji looks down at the short, purple-haired guy in front of him and sort of grimaces. He hadn't expected that to reach anyone's ears.]

Kinda, yeah. Junes is a chair store that sells like everything ever and Inaba's the town I'm from.

[Excuse him, but he's going to go into CEO mode.]

Huh... Perhaps we should have those types of stores back in West City. It does sound rather profitable. Sorry for asking, but are you an employee of this Junes? And if you are, would your manager be interested in having my family's company Capsule Corp invest in their stores?

[Excuse him while he picks you up by your shirt-front, bro.]

[Whoa excuse you, but he doesn't appreciate this.]

[Kanji just lets Trunks fall to the floor as he releases his shirt.]

Don't ever fuckin' joke about Junes. It's startin' to slowly kill my town because of the businesses goin' under. That ain't cool.

[He sighs and straights his jacket.]

I don't joke when it comes to business. However I'm sorry it's killing your town, I wasn't aware of that.

[Kanji scratches at the back of his neck, embarrassed about the way he overreacted.]

Yeah, well, I'm sorry I roughed you up now. I shouldn't've let my temper get away with me.

[He lets out a small laugh and shakes his head.]

It's fine, I can take it. So don't feel bad.

Nah, I...I gotta learn to control my temper. This ain't back home. Sorry about that, man.

It's all right. But you know, the way you act reminds me a little of my father. Maybe the two of you would like to meet? I'm sure he could help you out.

Who's your dad? [Because, you know, Kanji's dad is dead, so that subject's a little touchy. But, this guy ain't so bad.

[Who is the prince of all Saiyans in fact. But he won't say that, because it's rather silly.]

Oh! My name's Trunks Brief, nice to meet you Tatsumi.

[He doesn't know the whole Japanese naming system, you'll have to forgive him.]

[You know, he would normally get angry at being addressed so rudely by a stranger (reminds him of the fucking cops back in Inaba), but the names that the other dude gives him are strange. So, he can see that he's not Japanese. And being addressed by his last name is cool. He just needs to make sure that Trunks knows what's what.]

Yeah, uh, my personal name's Kanji. Tatsumi is my family name.

[Well he certainly feels embarrassed and awkward. He assumes it's different in Kanji's world than his. He wasn't aware that other worlds addressed people with last name first.]

Oh! I didn't know that. Usually we say our personal names first then our last or family names. I guess it's different where you're from?

Yeah. You could say that. You from America or somethin'?

[Because, you know, that's what he thinks of first when he hears people introduce themselves backwards!]
