Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test flight for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

We've had a few nice days in a row; I guess others are thinking of coming here another day.

[And it's ok by her. The fewer people, the less likely perverts would sneak on them. They're close enough to the water that she could let go of her friend and maybe enjoy the water while she can. Slowly going in, she could feel a smile coming on but an unexpected jerk stopped her midway.

And by jerk, we mean suddenly opened wings. Oh yeah, she forgot about those for a second.]

[Yu chuckled faintly, his own wings ruffling a little bit.]

...it takes a bit to get used to.

Do they always respond to emotions like this?

[She's trying to get hers to go down without any luck. This looked awkward.]

Maybe just strong emotions?

I'm just a little cold so that couldn't be it.

[Can she try and bend them down so it would be easier? She'll be doing that now.]

[He raised an eyebrow, resting a comforting hand on her shoulder.]

Maybe you're just nervous. It's okay.

[Or maybe her damn wings are stuck. Quick someone get some elbow grease]

Well...if we're trying to get over nerves, maybe we can try swimming around?

[She does have to admit that she felt a little calmer with him in the area. Plus if she needed to hide, he was tall enough.]

Could be sand in your feathers too. Swimming around would definitely help.

[He thought to reach out, give her wings a touch and see if he could feel what was wrong. Would that be inappropriate though? The wings were supposed to be really sensitive.]

[It might make her blush but it's ok otherwise.]

[And she slowly goes under the water except for her head. It looked kind of funny but at least she's not so nervous.]

[Yu waited a moment, before slipping in behind her, swimming a little bit ahead so he could come out in front of her, ready to reach out for her if she needed help. After all, swimming with the extra weight on their backs wasn't easy the first time.]

[And she'll admit quietly that it was better with someone she knew. Less awkward.]

[She barely noticed at first but once her hand brushed over his, Yukiko held onto it tightly and followed his lead. Ok, it was cute.]
