Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test flight for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

Well I guess I'm from the future if you think about it. And if by androids you mean Android 18 and 17, yeah they're alive. Android 18 is Marron's mom and Android 17 is her uncle. Does that count, mom?

No, 18 and Krillin... That's the same as the time I'm from. I mean the time you traveled from before you came back to see Goku, Gohan, and everyone!

Whoa, no way! Are you my Trunks?! All grown up??

If by your Trunks you mean the one who has a best friend named Goten and fought Majin Buu? Yeah, that's me. You and dad told me about my alternate future self, but didn't go into too much detail about him.

Majin Buu? Oh-- It doesn't even matter, does it? I'm sure your dad had you training day and night so you didn't have any trouble, huh? And you seem like you grew up really well, anyway!

[ With a nice haircut and all! ]

Though, even with only half of my genes, it's really not a surprise at all!

Yeah, he did. But in the recent years, I gave up fighting to study at college then become CEO of the company. Dad wasn't too happy about that to say the least.

Wow, really? I guess it was more tempting to follow in mom's footsteps, huh? You know, I never did see the appeal of all that training. Sure, you get really strong, but it always looked so boring, right?

It was more I promised you and grandpa I'd go to college to help with making Capsule Corp better as the years go on. And learn how to be a good CEO at the same time too.

Wow... I'm really impressed that you took on something like that, son. You're just a little boy in my time. I guess I should be used to seeing you all grown up by now though. But, it was pretty surprising the first time around.

Thanks, mom. You'll kind of get to see me leave my childish phase after high school behind. Since once I got into college, all I did was study and didn't really do much partying. I mean I did a little, but not enough to be considered a party animal.

[ She heaves a heavy sigh, and gives him a half smile. ]

My little boy is a man now...

[ And then she promptly leans in closer. Grinning wide, she elbows him in the ribs. ]

And what about a girlfriend?

[Cue Trunks' face glowing a bright red. He looks so embarrassed.]

Um... Erm... I... I don't have one yet.

[ She laughs lightly, standing up straight again, and waving her hand. ]

Hey, don't get so serious about it, okay? You still have plenty of time! Just remember, you don't have to settle down with the first person you meet, no matter what anyone says.

[He shakes his head and still seems serious.]

Mom, I'm almost thirty years old now. I should be married and have a family, shouldn't I? I mean...Goten already has a girlfriend named Valese and he's a year younger than me.

[ Trunks... Don't make her think you need her help. ]

I was older than that when I ha-- d you...

[ She realizes halfway through, of course, what exactly it is she's announcing. Even though she's younger than she should be in that case. ]

But don't let any of that get you down. You never know when you're going to find the person you want to marry, there's still a lot of time.

[He sighs and then looks a bit depressed. Bulma, this is your son as an adult.]

I don't know if this counts, but I had a girlfriend in high school. Though she dumped me four months later when she found out how much of a science nerd I was. I don't think I'll ever find a girl who enjoys the same hobbies as me and only wants me for my looks.

[ She lets him out of the hug, and pats him on the shoulder encouragingly. ]

I'm sure there's at least one girl out there who will appreciate you for more than just your looks. I mean, look at your father. He got me, right?

[He nods at his mom.]

I understand and you're right, mom. And maybe one day it'll happen or at least I hope so.
