Reserves are open and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test flight for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for music? Try playing DJ at HQ, the new nightclub! Don't have one? Just dance your butt off.
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

Why do you need to know that? [ Not that it's a secret, she's just curious.

Clearly not the brightest bulb. ]

So that I can draw you out!

But I'm already willing to do battle! I wouldn't hide now.

As am I! So knowing your name would be helpful!

Morgiana.

My name is Morgiana. [ A bit more meek than usual. ]

Morgiana-san. [He closes his eyes for a moment, committing it to memory. Then his eyes snap open abruptly.] I will find you!!!

[And now he'll dash off into a random part of the forest, crying out her name as he runs.]

Morgiana-san!!! Morgiana-san!!! [And he'll change directions randomly every minute that goes by without finding her.]

[ Not if she finds him first!! At least that's her goal after she snaps the magical tome shut again and takes off, swinging from her chains from tree to tree. She would call for him, but it only dawns on her after they're done talking that she should have asked for his name. Oops.

Oh, but what's that sound in the distance. Is that her name she hears?

TAKES OFF AFTER IT. ]

MORGIANA-SAN!

[He doesn't see her yet. In fact, he thinks it's time to change direction.]

But I'm right...

[ This isn't the first time something like this has happened. For a moment, she feels the sting of despair and loneliness that's plagued her throughout her entire life.

But then!

THEN!!!

She remembers that he wanted to spar with her and that makes everything right in her little world. She only needs to catch up and since she can't call him by a name she doesn't know, all she can do is follow after from tree to tree. Whee. ]

[Lee continues dashing in that direction.]

Morgiana-san! Morgiana-san! [And then he decides to change direction again. But this time, the random direction happens to be going back the way he just came. And he opts to do this by blindly backflipping right into the path of a certain someone....]

[ While she's normally agile herself, she's still getting used to the wings as well as her dampened senses. It comes in too quick for her and that means a crash is inevitable.

Or is it more of a clang with all of those chains around her wrists and tree branches? ]

[A crash, a clang, somewhere in between. Either way, they're colliding and likely slamming into that tree.]

Ack...! [Lee might take a moment to recover his senses.]

[ Swinging back and forth in a tangled mess after whacking the tree. There might be a Morgiana-sized dent in the trunk of it and everything. ]

Hello. [ Clatter, clatter, they're like an anchor by this point. ] It's nice to meet you.

[Swing, swing, swing ~~by the tableside~~. Lee stands there casually as they swing. He'll probably wait a moment before trying to untangle himself.]

Ah... It is nice to meet you as well! Has our challenge already begun?!

Has it?

[ Trying her best to untangle one of the chains, but they are connected to her wrists and there's an unnecessary ~~animu~~ amount of them. How is this even possible? ]

I don't even have your name.

Ah... You are right! I apologize for my rudeness. [He lightly yanks at one of his arms to try to free it, while amping up his overall energy.]

I am... Konoha's Beautiful Green Wild Beast, Rock Lee!

[ A polite nod as she flicks her wrist a bit to lessen the chain around his arm. ]

It's very nice to meet you, Konoha's Beautiful Green Wild Beast, Rock Lee. [ ... she says the entire thing with an earnest smile. ]

[That hand is freed at least! He smiles gratefully.]

Thank you! It's pleasant to meet you as well, Morgiana-san! I hope that we both fight admirably!

Is there any other way to fight besides that? [ A pretty serious question coming from a serious girl...

...tangled up in her own chains. Super serious here. ]

I suppose... that it is possible to fight in an unyouthful manner, or like a laughing-stock! [And now he wiggles around some more to try to continue detangling; somehow he ends up with his foot pressed against her face.]

[ This is now her life. ] Be careful, your wings are about to get tangled up as well.

[ The true battle has already begun, hasn't it? ]

I was told laughter is a good thing, but I don't think it has any place on the field of battle.

Ack! My wings?! They must not come to harm!

[The struggle is real. And now he tries maneuvering himself some more while not realizing that he's pushing his foot against her cheek.]

Laughter is indeed good and youthful! It is good for a job well done, but one's fighting performance should not be a mockery!

Careful, I don't want you to get hurt. [ She'd feel so bad, man.

Well, more than she already feels. Low self-esteem here and everything. Moving her arm around, she manages to free even more of him while tangling herself up even more. Perfect. Maybe if one of them gets free, it can be called a victory?! ]

I'm already young I think so it would be a shame to grow younger because of rampant laughter. Also, Konoha's Beautiful Green Wild Beast, Rock Lee? Your foot is...

[Oh great! Now both of his arms are free. He grins broadly.]

Than you for your concern! There is nothing wrong with being in the springtime of one's youth, but it is still not feasible to attract mockery while in action! [And now he starts pressing his foot even more, to try to free his legs.] Is something wrong with my foot?
