Reserves are open and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test flight for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for music? Try playing DJ at HQ, the new nightclub! Don't have one? Just dance your butt off.
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

Beast can never say no to sweet things (at least, things that look like they're sweet), so the best reaction is to of course gather several of these up in his arms.

"You made these for everyone?"

Okay, there is just no getting around it - this big furry creature is huge! But polite, or what Usagi considers polite, considering he isn't shoving cookies in his face straight from the plate.

Like she would probably do.

"Yes!" She beams up at him. "I thought it would be a nice thing to do and I could meet a lot of people I don't know yet!"

"W-well... thank you. I, guess we haven't me-"

He cocks his head at her... come to mention it, she looks quite familiar... he thinks...

((OOC: He was penpals with the PGSM Usagi when she was around.))

"Ah! No, we haven't, sorry!" She starts to bow, almost drops the plate of cookies and manages what is (for her) an epic save, puts the plate down, and then bows. "I'm Usagi Tsukino, it's nice to meet you!"

((ooc: that is cute as heck and pending my app actually getting finished they totally need to be friends))

He nearly makes a start to grab the plate himself but sees she manages to save it (somehow), so, remembering the manners his servants taught him, returns the bow.

"I am Beast. It is nice to meet you, too, Usagi... U-Usagi?! You're... y-your hair has... changed!"

((OOC: They totally do, once Beast is allowed to return to Luceti XD))

"What? But I've always had my hair like this..." She blinks up at him for a moment, then laughs loudly and awkwardly. "Oh, no, I think you knew a different Usagi! That's right, Ami-chan and Rei-chan said there were other Usagis before I got here, can you imagine?"

Well, obviously he can, since he appears to have known one of them. Weird.

"So, how are your cookies? I hope you like them, I worked very hard to make them as nice as possible!"

"Y, y-yes." He rubs the back of his neck. "It... is confusing."

And then he gazes down at the cookies in his arms - he had been distracted by Usagi to almost forget they were there! Well, he's bound to like them so he'll take one in his paws and sink a large bite into it...

... And then his eyes bulge out. He winces. And soon he cannot hold back any longer and he urgently puts a paw over his mouth, sending the rest of the cookies spilling out onto the ground.
