Reserves are open and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test flight for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for music? Try playing DJ at HQ, the new nightclub! Don't have one? Just dance your butt off.
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

[Karla walks through the forest, thinking she's on her way to meet her brother for a final duel. A duel that she knows she can't win. But she has no regrets. She's found her brother at last, and she couldn't have asked for anything more. She also got to know Bartre, and in doing so, learned more about the meaning of the warrior's path. Thanks to them, she had come to recognize herself as a true warrior. And like a true warrior, she's on her way to meet her death.]

[She's lived long enough. She's ready to die.]

[However, as she walks, she eventually reaches the edge of the forest, leading into the village of Luceti itself. Seeing this area made her pause. Did she miss her brother somehow? The other thing was that this village is oddly familiar to her.]

This place...haven't I seen it before?

[As it just so happened, Zelos was also walking through the forest.]

[Except, he was significantly less familiar with the forest than Karla and had actually been trying to find his way out for the last few hours. But, at long last, he had come upon a village! ...And it was one he didn't recognize at all. Great.]

[But, hey! There was also somebody standing outside of the village. Maybe she knew something?]

Hey, beautiful, do you happen to know where this place is?

[Look at this face? Can you resist this face?]

[At the moment, Karla's too busy staring at the village and trying to remember it to notice the face of the man approaching her. But she does hear him.]

Um...I think I've seen it before...

[She breaks her concentration for a moment to look at the guy. And yes, that same familiar feeling comes back.]

...Have I met you before?

Nah, I don't think so. I'd definitely remember meeting someone as beautiful as you.

But you said you know this village?

Perhaps if I think hard enough, it'll come to me...

[But looking down, she spots a journal with her name on the ground at her feet. She picks it up curiously.]

What's this? Maybe it'll say something...

[And yes, she vaguely remembers having a journal before. It would surely reveal clues. So she looks back at her previous entries. And then the name comes to her.]

Luceti...

Luceti? Can't say I've ever heard of place named that before.

[Maybe on Sylvarant before the worlds were united? But even that felt like it was pushing it.]

[Her face gradually brightens as she sees the people she's talked to on her journal, the memory of her experience gradually returning.]

Yes...I remember now. Luceti...where the Malnosso perform experiments on us.
