Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test drive for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

[Well isn't that just precious.

Agatha hasn't decided what to make of this particular building just yet. On the one hand, it's only simulation, on the other, there's a certain lack of normal training and opponents that could be found here. It just wasn't the same, which was frustrating in itself.

And then she spots him. Hardly changed at all from when she last saw him, really - and yet here he was, fiddling with some useless peaceful scene. How utterly typical.

She'll watch for a little while, until she can contain her frustration no longer.]

Oak.

[It's been years since he last heard her call him by name, decades before they went their separate ways. And here she is in the flesh, standing not too far away from him in the Battle Dome. His Pokemon had stopped their frolicking and flying and began to stare at her with angry growls. But they did nothing more than that, since it's up to Oak to give them the command. But he won't.

There's no need to end things in violence like before. Instead they will talk civilly about whatever that needed to be discussed. Even though the Professor really doesn't want to speak to her, and with very good reason, he decided to give her a chance. Because when it comes to being a threat, she is nothing compared to the Malnosso and Third Party. Whatever that needed to be talked about or settled with can be done now.

Slowly he turned away from his Pokemon to face his former friend. And then he speaks]

...Agatha.

[For years she had waited for this opportunity. And to be offered it again, in this place of all things -

It was a slap in the face.

But everything this man had ever done to her was a slap in the face. Why should the location be any different than that?]

... Hah. I should have known that you would be drawn to this place.

[It's a shame Agatha cannot or refuse to understand why he had chosen his current path years ago. He told her his reason why and that was that. It's her own fault for not accepting and respecting his wishes]

I see no harm in being here if it would relieve my Pokemon's homesickness.

Of course you would say that. However, isn't this wretched building referred to as the Battledome?

Yes, I'm quite aware of its name. But it does have other uses than that. [Otherwise, the Malnosso wouldn't have it as an option in the first place. He sighed.]

Just get to the point, Agatha. What do you want?

Hmmph! You will not make a fool of me again, Oak! We may be far away from our world now, but that doesn't change anything that's happened. You can't tell me that you don't know what I want, after all of these years?!

[Up until now, Oak didn't really pay any attention as to what Agatha really wanted, since he has better things to dedicate his time to like filling up the Pokedex, doing research, and taking care of his family. It still stands that those three things are his top priority, but if the old woman really needs to know what she wanted...]

I'd already told you why I left the research group or does it have to do with me defeating you at the finals?

[And that was just like him, wasn't it! She had spent years cultivating her formidableness, nursing her grudge, honing her abilities = and to him, pah, it was hardly a blip on his happy, pokedex tinkering nature.

They had all grown soft, every last one of them. If only Pryce hadn't been the first to go, that fool.]

Did you really think things were neatly settled then? That I'd let you get away with pushing me aside? All I've wanted, since then, was for you to accept the error of your ways!

There were no errors on my part to accept! [Now Oak is getting angry.] And I will continue to push you aside even now, especially after what you did to my Grandson!

[It's one thing to have a personal vendetta against him, but to get one of his grandchildren involved in this mess? That's where she had crossed the line]

Hah! The boy survived, didn't he? He should be glad he got off easily! My quarrel was with you anyway, not him. If you weren't always hiding yourself away from the real world with your tinkering and letting your pokemon just frolic away, that might have been avoidable!

[If her plan is to piss him off further, then she is definitely succeeding]

What I do is to benefit both humans and Pokemon alike, not for selfish gain and power! The likes of you will never understand the bond a Trainer and their Pokemon have for each other, whose strength goes beyond high levels and strong attacks! My profession has nothing to do with what you did to Green, so don't you dare blame me for your actions, Agatha!

Bonding with them? [Oh, his outrage is worth this. It's so much better than his usual easygoing attitude which she found so infuriating. Her eyes flash.] I know more about that than you ever will, Oak! And you had everything to do with it!

[It's obvious their conversation won't get any better from here on out; it will only go downhill and to the point of no return. But Oak isn't going to let this get too far. He's had enough and will not continue to converse with her anymore.

He reached for his Pokeballs within his labcoat pocket and used them to call back his Pokemon. After that was done, he placed them back into his pocket before giving Agatha a few last words]

We're done here.

[So he thinks he can just end it and walk away like he did before, does he? She laughs - always the fool, always trying to ruin her opportunities -]

Do you really believe you can avoid me for long in this bubble? This is far from over.

[She's right. As much as he wanted to, he can't ignore her forever, especially since Luceti is so small. They're bound to cross paths again sooner or later, but he'll worry about that when that day comes]

Maybe, but one day you will change your ways and end this petty grudge you have against me.

[That's what he's hoping for, at least. Anyone can turn over a new leaf, but it's up to them to put forth an effort to keep it that way.]

How dare you! Everything I've ever worked for - one day you will understand! I will dedicate all of my time to seeing that fulfilled.

[The Professor sighed as he begin to walk away. He's said what he had to say; he's through with her now]

Goodbye, Agatha.

[Oh, did he think he could just - dismiss her, simple as that? She narrows her eyes at his departing back. She would be watching.

In fact.

She calls on her Gastly, and quietly instructs it to warp her to several feet in front of Oak's new position. Turn his back on her, would he? He wasn't going to have the last word. Not if she could help it.]

[Oak wasn't expecting to speak to Agatha again after their little conversation went awry, so imagine his surprise to see the old woman a few feet in front of him, stopping him dead in his tracks. Tricky she may be, Oak still has nothing else to add and is really getting sick and tired of her behavior. Why can't she just let it be?]

Agatha, I had enough! This conversation is over!

Did you really think I'd just let you walk away from me like that yet again? Do you no longer have the strength to do battle for those beliefs of yours?

I've already beaten you in battle before, but if I must do so to prove a point once again, then so be it.

[He takes out a Pokeball from his labcoat pocket. If it's a battle she wants, then it's a battle she'll get]

The only point that will be proven is mine.

[A battle to be held right in the hallway of a facility. Not quite unlike a battle they once had years ago- she laughs, to cover a subtle click of a pokeball.]

Let's go, Oak!

[Oak wasted no time to release his Pokemon from the ball, who in this case happens to be Fearow. Once Agatha releases one of her own, the battle can officially begin]

[Arbok appears a moment later, it's tongue flicking as it faces the other Pokemon.

No need to waste time. There's grim determination in her expression.]
