[ Okay, so she's stuck. She's cycled through several emotions, visited every inch of the town, sampled he waffles, and now it's time to get back to work. Maybe this is all some kind of psychotic sugar nightmare, but that's all the more reason for her to roll up her sleeves and make it better. She has to keep her skills sharp, no matter what.
So that's why, at the first light of dawn there is a crazy blonde woman in the Welcome Center, looking for someone to answer her thousands of questions. She waits for two or so hours, entering and exiting the center repeatedly, looking impatient. Finally she gives in. If there isn't any official word, she'll simply go to the people.
The rest of the day, and starting early the next day, every resident of Luceti will receive a handwritten flier for a public forum... And a request for ideas on where to HOLD said public forum. But this city really needs a Government if they want to... What is their goal, again? MAYBE they need a Government to decide on a goal! Who knows? Regardless, she will be knocking on doors, shoving fliers into hands, and asking questions all day. ]

[ Leslie is seated at a table in Seventh Heaven, and she's probably waiting on a huge plate of waffles, judging by the smile on her face. She has her journal propped up on the table in front of her. ]
You may not know me yet [ even though you probably do because you probably got bombarded with fliers and cheerfulness the day before ], but I am Leslie Knope, and you'll be seeing a lot more of me around Luceti in the days to come. And you'll probably be seeing me at the public forum I'm trying to organize. This is like a big town meeting, where we can all get together hear from each other on various topics. Like community events, or maybe... the possibility of assembling a city Government. Y'know, whatever comes up.
But, before we can get to all that, how about venue suggestions? My first pick was this restaurant. I can't really compare the waffles here to JJ's, but they are still pretty great. But I'm also considering the Welcome Center. It has lots of information on the town, and it would feel more official and... Well, I don't know! Give me your ideas, Luceti!
