Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test flight for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

[The grocery store being out of food was the last thing Trunks expected to happen. So that party he was planning to have with his family and friends is now completely ruined. He didn't want to freak out, but he knows his dad especially won't be happy hearing the grocery store doesn't have any food. He's not about to go home, so he sits on a bench pondering what he should do instead. Go home and wait to hear his father's rage or try to find a way gather some food for the party? Your character is free to approach him and wonder what's up too.]

[Heeeeeey he doesn't have to go home to see his dad. Isn't that great? His hands find the back of the bench and he leans over to peer at his son.]

You've been taking an awfully long time, Trunks. Did you ever plan on returning or were you going to leave us with nothing, letting us wonder if we'd have the supplies for this blasted party you've all been planning or what? It's bad enough I got sent out to look for you, so you'd better have a good explanation ready.

[Oh great, he was trying to avoid this situation. Well he guesses he better explain himself.]

D-Dad! Umm... About the supplies... Well, you see, there's...no food.

What do you mean there's no food. That's not possible. They've never run out, not in all the time I've been here. Are you sure you walked into the right store?

I went in to the store just a few minutes ago and everything was gone. Completely empty. You can go look too if you don't believe me.

[He gives his son the eye.]

Fine. I will. [And walks into the store. There's an eerie silence from inside, that lasts longer than a few seconds. He hasn't come back out yet.]

[Trunks begins to worry about his dad after a couple of minutes and follows Vegeta into the grocery store to see if he's all right.]

...Father?

/rubs hands together

Ah-! [Where...was all the food? It's gone, it's really gone...

He stands there in shock. How in the galaxy did Luceti run out of food?]

What's the meaning of this?! Who's responsible for cleaning this whole place out?!

[He comes up from behind Vegeta and looks around at the empty store, a sigh escaping his lips.]

You don't think an enemy group of the village came in and took everything overnight, do you?

Sorry I'm late!

[Please to be ignoring the tall doofus who just walked in. But he's going to take a look around at the grocery store and growl under his breath.]

Man, this is worse than when Junes came into Inaba.

[He hears the tall guy talk in and blinks at him.]

Junes? Inaba? Are those places where you're from?

[Kanji looks down at the short, purple-haired guy in front of him and sort of grimaces. He hadn't expected that to reach anyone's ears.]

Kinda, yeah. Junes is a chair store that sells like everything ever and Inaba's the town I'm from.

[Excuse him, but he's going to go into CEO mode.]

Huh... Perhaps we should have those types of stores back in West City. It does sound rather profitable. Sorry for asking, but are you an employee of this Junes? And if you are, would your manager be interested in having my family's company Capsule Corp invest in their stores?

[He sighs and straights his jacket.]

I don't joke when it comes to business. However I'm sorry it's killing your town, I wasn't aware of that.

[Oscar isn't one to approach a random person and assert them about their appearance, but as this one looks particularly distressed, he makes an exception. He sits next to Trunks on the bench.]

You look worried.

[Trunks turns to look at Oscar and only nods at him.]

Yeah. I'm worried about invoking my father's wrath if I tell him there's no more food in the grocery store.

Why would he be mad about that? It's not as if you cleaned out the store. [Oscar pauses.] Did you?

[capsulepresident]

Of course not! [A sigh.] But you wouldn't want to see him angry, trust me.

[welnares]

So if you explained to him the situation, he shouldn't be angry, should he?

I'm not sure explaining the situation will make it any better.

Because he'll still be angry about the fact that there's nothing available in the store?
