Reserves have just opened and apps are right around the corner. But are you still on the fence about any of your would-be characters? Well -- here is your chance to take them out for a spin!

▣ TAG IN or reply to others with characters you would like to test flight for Luceti.
▣ ONLY add top-level comments for characters who are not yet in the game. You're free to reply to others with Luceti characters (because that's half the fun) but remember that the whole point of this meme is for potential characters.
▣ PLEASE do not post duplicates of characters already in Luceti.
▣ GO AHEAD and give us a brief description of your character in the top-level comment, along with one or two possible ways to run into your test-driven character around town.
▣ YOU MAY use these threads for your first person samples on your app -- just make sure that you link threads of a goodly length (i.e., threads with at least ten comments from your character).

Need a little help getting started? Remember, you needn't post here as though your character is still brand-spankin' new. It'll probably be more fun for all involved if this isn't a simple dress rehearsal for showing up. Here are a few scenario ideas:

o1. The grocery store is out of food. What do you do?
o2. Wing injury! Call for help or stagger your way to one of our fine clinics.
o3. It's a busy evening at Good Spirits, one of Luceti's local bars. Do you dare try the drink specials?
o4. Have a talent for playing music? Try Cloud Nine's open mic night!
o5. Beach party? Snow party? Leaf-raking party? Gardening party? YOU DECIDE.

Okay. So my examples are pretty non-exciting. But they're really just suggestions. I'm POSITIVE you kids can come up with more creative things.

Above all? HAVE FUN. Oh. And don't forget to RESERVE your characters.

Argh, what, did a little bunny hop out in front of you and frighten you to death? [He stomps right over to her, so irritated that he'd run out here for what was probably absolutely nothing. It figures, it really did.]

Maybe you should think twice before you just go gallivanting off without a clue to what you're doing.

[ She opens her mouth to start up the screaming match again, then stops herself. She turns on her heel and starts walking further into the woods. ]

Why don't you just go home, since this is all beneath the mighty prince Vegeta!!

[misterbrief]

You know you're just going to get lost. [He's not baiting into that. And he thinks she really will get lost.]

[capsule_corp]

I've been adventuring since you were probably still in diapers! I never get lost!

[ Okay, so that's a lie. Without any of her little devices she could probably get lost in a supermarket. But this is a matter of pride!! Or a matter of stubbornness! ]

[misterbrief]

May I remind you that I'm older than you? [Seriously!?]

And yes you will. Don't stand there and tell me that isn't true. You know it just as well as I do, so cut out the stupidity. [He thinks he is being perfectly logical.]

If you're that concerned then hurry up, or I'm leaving you here!

[ Because there she goes! ]

What?! Hey! [He easily catches up to her. He can run much, much faster. Then he goes out to grab her arm to stop her from going further out. It's pretty useless, after all.]

Enough. We can find dinner in the village, and not out in this rotting pathetic excuse for a forest. Besides, I know someone who will probably feed us for the time being. Now stop being absurd.

[He doesn't want her getting lost out there anyway :( ]

Well, here's an idea...

[ She grits her teeth, turning to face him. ]

WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST SAY THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE? You know I don't know that much about this place, how was I supposed to know that you actually know anyone here?!

[misterbrief]

I said probably! I don't know that for sure! [MAN THIS IS WHAT HE GETS FOR TRYING TO BE NICE.] Can't you calm down for a moment? I'm giving you a possible solution and all you're going to do is yell in my face! Keep it up and you can forget about even that!

[capsule_corp]

Hn. Fine.

[ She pulls her arm away so she can cross them both again. ]

As usual, we have to do everything your way. So lead the way, oh great problem solver.

[misterbrief]

Stubborn woman. [He will lead the way. Right back to the village.] Why do you have to make everything so difficult.

[capsule_corp]

[ Not only does she not have an answer that doesn't consist of "Well you started it!", honestly, she's tired of arguing about it. And at this point, she'd much rather pout about things not going her way. So, she continues walking next to him in silence. ]

[misterbrief]

[He glances over. Good. She's finally quiet. He's tired of arguing anyway, really. It takes a lot of energy, which is something he's got an ample supply of too- but he's all puttered out for the moment on that.

Before they exit the woods, before anyone can see them, he'll stop for a second since he's managed to calm himself down after all that fighting. He's gotten...better at this in his old age, and unless she pulls away from him he'll just give her a quick peck on her cheek, not looking as hard as he usually does; but then switches back to super-tsun mode and glares daggers at her and continues forward whether she follows or not because he's really hungry now and if she doesn't want to come with him then he doesn't care.

He will also profusely deny later in front of anyone that he kissed her at all.]

[ She doesn't pull away, but after that, she does fall into an almost stunned silence for a moment. Despite all her feelings for him, despite living together, despite how much he's changed even since Trunks was born, she's still surprised. For all the things she hates about Luceti so far... Maybe it's not so bad?

She's not sure what had to have happened to bring about even more change, maybe it was Bulla. Regardless of what it was, it gives her just the slightest bit of hope that she didn't have even a few moments ago. Even if they all go home, and don't remember any of this, things will be okay.

Even if she does want to strangle him sometimes.

After a moment of quiet introspection, she smiles, and starts after him again. ]

[misterbrief]

[He glances over to notice she'd actually bothered to catch up to him. Well, why wouldn't she, he is her husband, and she'd be stupid not to do what he said~ at least he thinks so.]

So you're bothering to come after all, huh? Don't think that I'm not still irate with you for that little stunt you pulled back there. [Just clearing that up! STILL MAD.]

[capsule_corp]

Yeah, well don't think you're out of the woods either!

[ You know, the figurative ones. ]

It's going to take more than a little kiss to make up for your attitude!

[misterbrief]

Is that so? And what exactly did you think you were going to do to get me to make it up to you, huh? [Good luck, he's gotten really good at this game over the years!]

[capsule_corp]

I'm not going to do anything.

[ She's using the haughtiest tone she can muster while pointedly looking away. ]

You're the one with all great ideas, right? You can just put those to good use and figure out what to do on your own.

[misterbrief]

[See this shit-eating grin on his face? He's not even trying to hide it.]

My, aren't someone's feathers a little ruffled. Well, I'm not very motivated to do anything at all with that attitude you've got.

[capsule_corp]

I guess that means no one's doing anything!

[ She shrugs, sparing just a glance over to see that grin, before looking away again. ]

I've got half a mind to take my attitude elsewhere, where it would be appreciated.

[ Okay, so "appreciated" is a pretty huge overstatement. Maybe "tolerated" or simply "misunderstood" would have been more accurate. ]

[misterbrief]

Oh really? Like where? [Toooootally still looking at her with that cocky smile. Now he's just being a huge brat.] I'm interested to know.

[capsule_corp]

[ Another shrug. Only this time, she smirking. ]

You know that Goku's here in Luceti, right?

[misterbrief]

Yes, I'm perfectly aware that moron has made his way here. What's your point. [....She's evil and he knows where this is going.]

[capsule_corp]

My point, Vegeta, is that maybe I'll just go visit Goku, since my company obviously isn't appreciated here!

[misterbrief]

What, so you can go talk about what he had for lunch all day? Yes, that sounds riveting, especially when there's no food to be had. I'm sure you'll have a great time. [His arms fold again, and he smirks again, giving her that 'you really don't want to go see him, do you' look.]
